He nailed it with "Coming together of the Political parties is important when it comes to nation building and making progress". Progress is always hampered when the parties are fighting among themselves.

Bengaluru as a city for tech hub must be re-think by all companies to migrate to other tier-2/3 cities. Most of the city is talent from other states. Bangalore could be a location but not the ONLY location. Companies need to re-think for expansion strategies.

Because that's what those employees deserve... The good and competent ones go to better companies and do high-end work. There are numerous reports which say that the average Indian tech grad is unemployable... So, point fingers at the politicians and the educational institutions who are producing mediocre talent. Also, let's not forget, if not for Infy, TCS and the likes... many of these chaps would never get employed... These companies spend a lot teaching and training the new recruits in the initial years which make them employable and hence join good companies after 2-3 years... So lets show some gratitude where it is due.

@@samarthkulkarni8734 see I don't want 1 lakh but in the last 10 years the starting salary is the same in Rupee terms. Not even in dollar terms. They charge from the customer in dollar terms, and give the same salary in Rupee terms. Even the rupee depreciation benefits is not passed on to the programmer

Why can't one person work for two companies? Why should he/she put 70 hr work in one company? Companies have problem if talented people work multiple jobs. Infosys is service oriented company just want to charge by the hour to the clients. It works great for the company not the employees

It would be ok if they decrease the cost of living, decrease the real estate prices, decrease the price of daily consumption and increase the salary based on productivity. But these chutiyas will not even think of doing any of that and expect us to work as their slaves. Here they will not compare china and chinese government has effectively brought people out of property. How these chutiyas reach the top position, I don't even understand.

This is a real comedy.. Nikhil Kamath interviewing Murthy..
Kamath has zero Corporate Governance.. Fleecing retail customers.. Cheating Them.. Many traders are taking him to court and SEBI for his unethical company policies causing financial losses to thousands of retailers.. How is he entitled to interview Murthy.. Or is Murthy not finding a better person to discuss with.. ?
