It's really sad how Super Paper Mario is the only game that Luigi plays a big role in the story, if Paper Luigi The Marvelous Compass ever happens, i'll be happy for the superiour brother.

I always find it funny when people say they want a game adaptation of Luigi's adventure… I feel like that would be miserable, with Luigi's friends (except Screamy and Hayzee) all hating him and it having an NTR ending in regards to Eclair. Like, I don't think that would go over as well as people think. Luigi would just be the punching bag for the whole game.
I think at most it would’ve been cool if they added new Luigi interludes in between chapters, his stories might’ve been fun in short spurts of gameplay, but yeah I absolutely wouldn’t want a whole separate game centered around them. The whole joke is that he’s having the same kind of adventure as Mario except every possible thing is going wrong, there‘s not a whole lot of longevity to that premise. Hell, not actually seeing what happens is part of what makes it funny, so I don’t think I’d ever want to play it in any capacity whatsoever

i hope this game gets DLC and when you talk to Luigi, he utters only the prologue of each world, before a dreamy transition occurs in which we play as Luigi through the story foretold with unique enemies and bosses, also he shares mario stats or maybe its a post-game thing where you read through the published novel

I wish TTYD got a Superstar Saga and Bowser's Inside Story treatment but inside of Bowser's Minions or something it was Luigi's story.
Like Bowser’s Minions & Bowser Jr’s journey, Luigi could’ve have his own side quest to the main story.
