Ya'll are so helpful. I'm a new coach and we have so many new athlethes this year that have 0 explosiveness or power and this will be so hepful in getting them to understand how to explode and power forward.
Great to you am BAKARY CAMARA from Gambia am athletics in the national team but i need a coach if anyone interested in athletes am here i run 400m and 200m my heat is 185sm am very toll
Great explanation and demo..so here is a question, I see where this works on the drive or push phase. But once you have max velocity your not vertical? Example 100meter at the 50meter mark you still have slight lean? Is this physics drive phase all way through? Tks again
Thanks! You are correct, sprinting mechanics and the body angle changes from the start through the max velocity phase. The main idea behind this drill is for athletes to experience the difference between speed and power vs mechanics throughout the approach or sprint.
@@unveiling762 A great drill for that is "ins and outs" you may want to check out th-cam.com/video/a8PQfK90eL0/w-d-xo.html Plyometrics specific to max velocity can also really help athletes that tend to fade towards the end th-cam.com/video/t12lA5yBVWU/w-d-xo.html

Sir did u have old used running shoe please give to me my shoe got teared and damaged🙏🏽 if anyone have me plz give
My problem is smooth mechanics. I just look stiff and rigid. I don’t move smooth at all. Also my foot turns out sometimes for some reason.
Are you adding drills that develop your form into your warm-up? Like th-cam.com/video/U0JjbMMTOmw/w-d-xo.html
