- ROCO’s Season 15 In Concert series kicked off September 28th with “Time for Hope”, a concert built around a world premiere by Lisa Bielawa entitled “Centuries in the Hours”, sung by mezzo-soprano Laurie Rubin. Conductor Mei-Ann Chen returned to lead the program, in her historic debut as ROCO's first-ever Artistic Partner, also conducting works by Franz Joseph Haydn, Judith Shatin, and Alejandro Basulto, plus the first three new works of ROCO's FIFteen Project.

Gosh I love this symphony. The conductor looks like a palm tree in a hurricane but I guess the gang is used to that, because they are all together. Great show!
