Prepping and re-seasoning my Blackstone after Winter storage.

After a late 2021 purchase and only a couple of breakfast cooks on it before shutting it down for the Winter, I finally uncovered my Blackstone Air-fryer Griddle to prep it for an Easter weekend cook. It was re-season time! Watch what I did to get it looking right again.

Adding some vinegar solution when sanding the griddle with the stone will help remove the rust chemically and will make the process a one or two step process at most and will have 0 rust on the surface. Just some helpful information for next time you have to do this!
