@@UCRDReviews Since I received the new version of MK-V, I was shocked by its exterior details and paint colors! The old version has been taken back from the box and never taken out again :)
A Great Release, the Paint Apps really make the design pop out, hindsight is 20/20 in the Sculpt, great Accessories-that beam rifle really has had new life breathed into it, just Awesome!
This figures reminds me of Real Grades. I know now that most Real Grades are inspired by the Master Grade Ver. Ka line, but this line really cements that RG line is continuation of what Katoki started with Gundam Sentinel and his line of kits.
Damn I love the mk V's design (great review btw). It's a shame if I get this I gotta get an ex-s and a z plus c1 (my life would be incomplete without them lol) but they cost like an arm or a leg rn 😭. Doesn't help that some of the used mk V's on ebay a bit sketchy as I'm not too sure what happened to them for those prices. Btw are you gonna do a review of the chogokin gundam aerial?
@@UCRDReviews good thing you don't collect chogokin cuz that aerial was overpriced junk. Thank god I cancelled my preorder and will get the mk v instead.
@@albertwesker295 MK V is totally worth it. In case you didn't know already ( which I doubt based on what you said about collecting all the Gundam Sentinel figure), all the Ka signature robot spirit have superior finishes vs the ver. anime ones. I just got myself one (mint condition with a couple close to invisible 'surface scratches' that can only be seen under certain direct light source in some very particular angles) when I visited Japan for about 170 usd. Scalper price? yes it is, but it was my fault to not paying attention when it was released back then...Still cheaper than any listing I could find on ebay though. I would also suggest getting the Nero Lunar landing type and FAZZ as well to complete the set since the quality has been rather consistent throughout the entire Ka signature line. FAZZ though seem to be the rarest and sought after out of all these... I saw one in Japan going for 44000 yen which is more expensive than the special coating RS Nightingale...
@@blipblip thanks for the reply! Rn tho I only was able to get a used ex s gundam for a decent-ish price (the thing looks brand new, 250 tho sooo yea). The mk v's rn tho will kill my budget so I'll get one in the future along with a nero trainer. The rest of the sentinel line tho after some thinking I won't get. I like those designs don't get me wrong but I don't like them to the point that I want a figure of them. I put some of that money behind getting the woundwort and arche gundam and im kinda done collecting figs for now. On the topic of the nightingale, I'll just get the model kit as the nightingales design basically makes it a brick in whatever figure form its in. So I think I'll settle for the hg and just paint it.
@@albertwesker295 That's fair. I am surprised that you don't find the zeta plus more appealing than the Mk V though since that was the first thing I get from the Sentinel series. Even better level of finish than the Mk V as it was a metal robot damashii. Not much to be played with but it is a far cooler version of a regular zeta in my book with awesome standing katoki pose. But I hear you about draining your wallet with collecting these figures. I am not proud to say that I just spent some crazy amount of money on the most expensive bandai figure ever and even though the thing itself is out of the world beautiful and huge, I am not sure it justify the cost of it. I hate that fear of missing out mentality but it does have an effect on my spending if it happens to be one of those figures that will rarely make it to a re-release like pretty much of the Ka signature RD.
Excellent, can't wait to see what you think, despite some lack of paint apps, i liked it quite a bit, but your insights are often more interesting, after your review here yet again had to go out and find this one... and maybe sell one or both of the first two. Nasano Dia a bit of paint and retooled parts makes for a huge improvement

I don’t collect Chogokin so I won’t unfortunately. It’s been a bit of a dry spell for UC figures but some should be coming out soon

Looks great. I prefer the New Desides color scheme more than the EFSF color.

Just got Gatos gelgoog from ami Ami love it but the BFG has a lot of weight to it and is prone to make the figure fall off the stand.

Yeah it scales well. The Mk-V is a tall MS so it’ll tower over others but that’s how it’s supposed to be
