So rare to have an architect present his work without overusing architectural jargons. Precise descriptive, nailing his design objectives. Really shows his involvement in the project.
What a wonderful job Martyn. Also…it is so good not to have to listen to the gibberish speak of some of the other presenters. You weren’t pretentious or trying to make it sounds what you did was some cerebral miracle. Well done. I love the home.
It's been a long time since I've seen a bathroom that I love. The ensuite of the main bedroom is 10/10 for me. The skylight brings in natural light, the shape is elegantly oval shaped and it's off centre which is actually a nice touch. The blue grey colour of the tiling is so beautiful to look at. The oversized showerhead and the marble benchtop look luxurious without being ostentatious. The glass is so clean and minimalist and same can be said for the toilet. The dark colour of the cabinetry with the metal handles look so classy. Perfection!
Oh I've driven by this home from a neighbouring suburb and always slow down to admire. I was so excited to see this home pop up. Did not disappoint. This is an inviting, beautifully designed home. I love it. Well done!
Suuuuch a beautiful space, these houses make me drool as a photographer, i could just imagine walking through this space with my camera, like woow. Another great one The local project
Lived there from birth to 22 years old. Its easily by far the most haunted suburb in melbourne. Most people moved out of there because of this even non believers who now believe will not even drive through the suburb
These ultra minimalist designs are so bizarre. Barely any furniture, nothing looks comfortable or inviting to lounge in, it’s like your own home is trying to make you feel as unwelcome as possible. This feels like mental illness and not design.
What is this “it’s on blah blah country” business. It’s so insanely cringed, pathetic and pointless. Stop it, stop it now, you are embarrassing yourself and creating an awkward atmosphere.
I'm curious why you feel this way. I'm South African and have only observed Australian and New Zealand history externally, so I may not be privy to the internal atmosphere when it comes to referencing the original custodians of the lands. Why do you find it distasteful?
@@mf_dlomo what she said after your question.☝️ The key word she used that I missed was shallow. It’s so shallow and empty. I think this stuff has timed out, people generally are over it all now.

I echo your sentiments. Let the spaces, materials, and lighting speak as the Architect narrate the parti. Well done in both design and presentation.
Absolutely
whoever is choosing the materials for both the interior and exterior did an amazing job
Yes, it's nice to see something other than rough concreate , steel and glass

Nailed the integration with the neighbourhood well done it’s a lovely project.
immediate thumbs up when the architect names the indigenous land.
Perfect home. An amazing example of ‘enough’. I’d be so happy to live there❤
Simply exquisite project and cinematography. I think this is my favourite of all the videos on this channel so far. A total delight.
Thank you so much, we're so glad you enjoyed it!
Well done and beautifully presented and narrated in an organic way. The essence of both home and architect are apparent.
We're glad you enjoyed this project 🙌

WOW what a beautiful home Wow, what a stunning expression of home and beauty!
So many great and unique details here. The dormer siding/finish selection is my favorite...
Warm and comfortable home✨️ love it ❤

Not so complicated. Clear presentation.

nice
I know it’s probably an existing fence but I would have added extra height, so the neighbours aren’t starring at u all the time. 😅 lovely home though
Now do one on the house next to this one.......
Has anyone figured out how increasing the ceiling heights in the living space has blocked views of the neighbors (2:28)?
Amazing- please do my house!!!!
Вполне себе симпатичная женщина и дом в розовых тонах

Magnificent!🎉
Menos los sofás de ese rosa carne, todo me gusta.
😍
Beautiful, but yikes - Such a tight lot.
COST of land we waste the front yards and council need to be more flexible with codes
IDK why but I feel like the home needed more precision and identity.
😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
Love the repulsive colours
All the same
There is no sign of family or home in the structure. It could be a conference room or hospital reception room. Cold. Institutional.

@@ih2439 Exactly! Ask who's buying this garbage is beautiful agenda?

True. It's shallow virtue-signalling and very cringey.

I am from Australia, and yes, it is cringe.
It’s SOP for Woke Australia. I agree. Very tedious.
