Epiccc. The color palette is absolutely chef's kiss. It feels like a hug to my soul. I'm so inspired and also thrilled for your family to enjoy it for generations to come. Bravo, team. Oh, and the interior pieces selected.. 3 of them specifically I adore; the chunky, threaded wall hanging, the DMT-looking, burnt wood wall art, and the big, playful, spooky vase! How cool.
I see how Bear's name is tied to the colour pallet: The word "bear" comes from the Old English word bera, which is part of a family of names for the bear in Germanic languages. It is thought to be related to the Proto-Indo-European word for "brown", so that "bear" would mean "the brown one". Nice touch and a cool name 😀
It is impressive & beautiful, would stand the test of time. I personally find it too serious, somewhat severe feeling... does not bring about a sense of relaxation that a "beach house" would. Vibes like a grand house in the heart of an urban city.
The architecture is stunning and I love the interior material choices. Some of the decoration choices with furniture etc just look ridiculous imo…. I am thinking it was meant to look eclectic but curated from all over the world giving that global feel, however it just looks silly and contrived………

here's a box. everything about it is brown and grey... nature... materiality... blah blah. this project like all those like it is dated before completion.

I think this is the first time I heard the word "budget" in this channel. Nice!
True
It surprises me to hear budget in this level of house!!!
😂
Yep. And not a single use of the word ‘materiality’. At last.
@@enuclear Noticed the same... such a select word only for some architects, it seems
It has a Dune feel to it with the sun hitting it.. amazing design.
totally!
I can understand that this won't be to everyone's taste, but this house is so serene and beautiful. Love it.
Stunning home... Everything about it works so well together.
💚 Glorious ... The timber grain imprints on the concrete walls & the staircase ... 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 compliments too all involved in the project
Mr Agushi. You've created amazing house for your family and generations to come. Beautiful!
Jaw-droppingly beautiful. I should be jealous, but instead I'm just impressed. The level of care and craft... incredible.
Finally no words such as "really simple 450 square meters cottage getaway seafront property"

An amazing home it deserves all the praises absolutely stunning
Yes
The attention to detail in this home is stunning, from the intricate design elements to the perfectly curated décor.
Great concrete work, especially the stairs. Great job! The furniture was quirky and really cool!
Love the way they’ve described the house without all the architectural fluff and BS.
Beautiful organic complement to its environment. Well done !

good architecture and interior design! Where is the color?
perfect
A modern home designed to embrace nature
Well if you mean with two hands around natures throat squeezing the life out of it, yeah, spot on
It is impressive & beautiful, would stand the test of time.
I personally find it too serious, somewhat severe feeling... does not bring about a sense of relaxation that a "beach house" would. Vibes like a grand house in the heart of an urban city.
lov it
This is what a builder affords these days... as a beach house no less. "The family has never had one (beach house) before". What housing crisis?
To the local project, how much concrete was put into the house sq ft or sq m2 total.please reply.
Tennis court unfortunately destroys the awesome site which could be a beautiful special garden
❤❤❤
“Back to the Future”… 1970 😊
💝❤️🔥💘💗💖
Ignore the haters ❤
🙌
It lacks paintings with colours!
Why is the video so dark
I love the home and gardens, but not the furnishings.

'Maintain Budget' hahahahaha 😂😂😂

A lot of impressive craftsmanship here, which is a real shame as the final result is dark and bland. How is this "inspired by nature"?
idk if you're aware but nature is pretty dark xd
Have you ever seen a dark forest XD
@@AbraGamingit’s not, it’s close to the beach, blue water, white sand, it’s not dark
The house is pretty brutality I agree with that

Intelligenz die ? Lautet eher was Intelligenz ist
Too dark and cold
Too much concrete for a home for my taste
looks like a lot of chefs with no direction ... imo.Doesn't seem very cohesive
