I dont think its as bad as people are really complaining it is, im liking it, beginning is slow. After a few hrs its opening up alot more now. Im doing all the main quests and side quests together
Don’t think people are upset about it being bad instead they are upset about the fact that a major company like Ubisoft couldn’t make a BETTER game with all their funding & resources
Im playing the game and its nice, fun and corky, the i have a objektion to is the price. I like Kay she in a sweet little girl trying on a big hard world were she try to be hardskin but shes not. The gameplay is ok and i dont se meny bugs(PC)and the SW world is soooo nice done. Try it when the price is down in a few month and u gona be supriced.
its a good adventure game with great exploration and metroidvania elements! A solid 7/10 Combat is decent but not the focus but you can upgrade and change the blaster to rapid fire or shot gun type etc... there are also so many hidden areas & items like outfits for kay and nix. My main issue is the graphics as sometimes it looks next gen stunning and then next a washed out blurry mess.....i've read that this may be down to the raytracing that is baked into snowdrop engine but AVATAR did not have these issues and looked gorgeous so.... Massive have already released 2 major patch update/fixes and has promised to make smoothing out Outlaws a priority and are even possibly delaying DLC so they can focus on fixing issues.
Four hours in and I'm enjoying it but it doesn't have any wow factor. I like the gameplay and there's lots to do. Speeder is fun. I agree the opening hours are very dull surprisingly.
There are some definite disappointing things in this game, no denying that, but it's surprisingly entertaining for me. And the quest dialogue is really good so far. Hopefully they make enough money to continue to support it and add more content.
Great game, I'm loving it. No idea for all this hate. Good job I checked it out for myself or I might have missed out on a good game. One thing I will say is that I think it's overpriced. Better of waiting for a sale.
it just looks like any other generic open world ubisoft have been pooping out these days, it's like junk food, sure it tastes good at first but at the end of the day you're not getting anything of substance, it certainly not worth the asking price, like all recent AC games, if (and it's a very big if considering this year line up of games) I ever plan to get it, it would be after the innevitable 60 to 80% price drop in about 4 to 8 months.
@@DarvakSondrath all the more reason you should wait for the innevitable 40 to 70% price drop in 4 months time, I also love AC... the cool ones when they were unique you know, before Origins, before they become the where the "let's copy literally everyone else's world map, gameplay and customization systems... only a severely watered down version of each and slap a 150 dollar price tag on it"
@@omarreyes7626 Except the base game is actually $70... i can't understand why people have this weird obsession with the Ultimate Edition's price, as if that is the only option. As an aside, I haven't actually played the more recent AC titles, so I can't really argue with you on that point. But I don't think it's nessisary to continuously reinvent the wheel. Game studios eventually all fall into a niche and develop their own formula, and that in turn creates a fan base of consumers who return, BECAUSE they like that formula. So as long as the game is fun and the story is interesting, they don't have to make each title be "revolutionary" in regards to new features and mechanics. Game studios that have tried that, have fallen flat on their face, such as how Bioware completely betrayed and alienated their own fans with Dragon Age The Veilguard.

If you play thr game like a smuggler you'll love it. If you play it like an Assassin orca ninja you'll hate it. Plus it changes the whole upgrade tree obsolete. Very good game the reviewers are off
This game does not have the quality the jedi games do, and if were just gonna play as female han solo, JUST GIVE US A HAN SOLO GAME INSTEAD WITH CHARACTERS THAT ACTUALLY MATTER
@skallepar2163 100% - most of the people complaining have never played the game. They just have a Disney and/or Ubisoft hate-bonner, and adopt the opinions of any rage streamer hating on the game. A lot of them like to throw out buzz words like "DEI" to explain why the game is bad, despite the fact that the main character is white, and niether race, gender, nor sexuality is a focus in the game... Or complain about bugs, as if they aren't common on release day. Jedi Survivor had bugs too, and although people did complain, it received no where near as much hate as this game. Bastila Shan from KOTOR was far from beautiful graphically, but I don't recall any complaints then. Then people complain that Kay Vess's character model doesn't match her cut scene model, which breaks immersion. But what about the Jedi Knight Dark Forces 2 live action cutscenes, they were far more jarring imo. And so what if she doesn't look like her voice actress, since when have animated characters had to look like their voice actors? Sure she isn't as pretty, but she is a scoundrel struggling in the Outer Rim, not a wealthy and famous person like her voice actress... A lot of the criticism just isn't valid, because it doesn't hold up across the board. People have standards for this game, that they gave previous Star Wars titles a pass on, yet over-glorify past titles, while calling this one shit.

Dude, I love the game. I’m about 25 hours into with no slowing down. So far, it’s my favorite game of 2024. Can’t wait for a DLC to drop
That's right, I just finished the game, and I am going to play again this time support different factions to get new sets of gears.
I was enjoying and having fun with this game.

Everyone should provide their opinion, but this game is objectively aggressively mediocre
