An E-ZPass Flex transponder is necessary to live in Northern Virginia. The traffic in the area's freeways is just awful and at least 3 total people must be in your vehicle to avoid paying tolls legally and it only applies on the 66, 495, 95, and 395 Express Lanes.
I was born and raised in Fairfax Virginia and frankly I'm disgusted I grew up there in the late 50s 60s 70s 80s 90s an early 2000s where I grew up in McLean Virginia we had cows in the back we had horses on the side we could ride horses you could fly a kite higher than the human eye Could See For Miles that thing would go up in Open Fields off of McGarity Road it was a beautiful place Tysons Corners wasn't there we used to sleigh ride down the hills there and ice skate on the ponds and enjoy the Victorian mansions I was even christened at the Tysons Meat Locker that was the church back in the day Tysons Corners was nonexistent it existed of a gas station a saloon and a little country store and they had wooden signs at the intersection of Route 7 in 123 and all around the area if you left Falls Church to go to Leesburg and went by Route 7 it would only be one lane up and one lane back people moved here from everywhere and anywhere and that's great for them police with him and destroyed the whole area
I lived there from 1956 until 2022 and I am thoroughly thoroughly disgusted on what has become of Fairfax Virginia and it's not a part of DC song it's a suburbs of Virginia there wasn't any nastiness like that until the late seventies very early eighties and then the destruction of a beautiful area in Virginia was started and has never ended I can go back there today and there's construction that never stopped in the engineers that built those roads must have been absolutely drunk
