Personally, I really like how it turned out. When I think of pastel goths, I prefer the look of a more 'traditional' Gothic with pastel accents like hints of pastel make up or a wig or an accessory or 2. The way you did it is the style I know I personally like x

No, please, it's not just a fashion. Like Goth isn't just a fashion too. Pastel Goth is the combination of loving spooky, dark and creepy things but also cute things, especially when you mix them together. It's your mind set, there's music which is creepy and cute out there and you can also decorate your home like this, using skull candles an pastel ribbons for example.
the wig and accessories we're perfect! pastel Goths tend to, but not always, be slightly less pale than normal Goths, and do have a slight blush to the apples of the cheeks to give a sense of a child-like person. the wig was amazing! I tend to dress like this a lot, never have I done the second line above the eyeliner but it did make the eyes look bigger, and I'm going to try it myself! I'm a big fan of light/coi pink and would have loved to see you wear a pink, wavy cotton candy lolita wig, never the less it was a wonderful, and accurate video

@SweetRose Petals A common misconception made by normies that should be forgiven. Goth focuses more on darker things and "the eternal hell" etc. (That's just me being extreme). Emo is more emotional (as obviously stated in the name) and can usually be identified because of its clichè appearance of straightened hair, eyeliner and jacket hoodies, just like goth is easily identifiable. Basically, they are two completely different lifestyles, music, aesthetic and fashion. I hope this clarified any confusion and educated you in the process 😊
There are several differences the mentality for one thing, emos hate themselves whereas goths generally hate society, emos tend to wear ripped skinny jeans and often have a lot more colors in their outfits/hair/makeup and don’t care at all about their skin tone goths put more into makeup and accessories and don’t even get me started of the differing music tastes...
Basically goths have a different outlook on life wear significantly more black and listen to entirely different music than emos. They are super super different.

just gonna say, its not much of a transformation since the only thing really different is the wig, i gonna want to see you try goth to scene/emo transformation with the bright rainbow colors. i think that would be an interesting challenge
Another thing that is different is the hair accessory, the eye color, because she usually wears red eye contacts, and less dramatic eye makeup.
We'll it is different but I really kinda want to see like something 100% different. More of a challenge and dramatic effect

You should try it now!
There's a type of lolita called Bitter-Sweet Lolita and it's pretty much that. It mixes black with pastel colours and the accessories and prints can be either spooky (bats, cats, moons etc) or sweet (candy, unicorns, flowers etc). It's a cute lolita type but as with any lolita type it takes a lot of money, time and investment to get it right. If you're dedicated to it though I say give it a go! :)

I personally 💜 pastel goth. Because I've always loved the IdeA of creepy cute but I understand it's not for everyone so you do you girl I mean you look great like this but I think k you look more comfortable in a more traditional goth look

Have you ever tried the Lumi pigment from Sugar Pill?? It's like this super magical transformative shade that changes when you layer it over a black base, and when you were saying you felt like you were missing something, I was thinking that some Lumi over that black lip base would have tied the whole look together! If you don't own it yet, I think it might actually be something someone like you would use a lot, based on how I see you wear your makeup on a regular basis :)
+BleedTheWineUnholy I actually have this on my lips at the beginning! AM OBSESSED. It's so pretty and versatile. I used a mint green eyeshadow for the pastel makeup, but it's fairly sheer and probably not noticeable enough, ach well :)
