Seriously and respectfully, stop eating pork and your headaches will vanish away. As a child, I also had nose bleeds and occasional headaches, as my mom often cooked pork in the meals, bacon, pork chops, etc. When I stopped eating pork completely, I stopped getting nose bleeds and headaches.

Are we a diabetic if you are diabetic why are you eating all them sweets? I’m a diabetic too and I know it’s so hard around about Thanksgiving and Christmas with all the cookies and the cupcakes and the cakes and the pies. Stop eating that chunk lol.
