How to Delete All Emails Over a Certain Age in Outlook Webmail

If you use Outlook webmail for your Hotmail or Office 365 account etc. and want to delete older emails without having to do so manually, you can easily remove them all at once on a folder by folder basis. This way you can perform bulk email deletions as needed so you only keep email you want.
You can also see your storage usage from here and see how many emails are in each one of your folders and see how much of your total space you are taking up.

Does this function work once a month? Ie Feb 1st. Or does it work daily? Feb 2 it might delete mail that came in Jan 2nd, if I set it up for 30 days?
