Hey Caleb. First home. Don’t like masters in the front of the home. Thought the closet small til I saw his and hers. The best is the covered lanai and the pool. 2nd home nice front elevation. Pool saves this one. Bedrooms small except the master and last one. 3rd home. Agree small home , spacious bedrooms considering. The owners en suite leads to the pool? It’s small but good for the owner. Pool to bathroom to bedroom. Thanks much.
400,000?? I think this is an amazing price for how big it is. Where in FL?? Where I am, houses range from 550k-1m. My main home was over that and the one after too. Anyways, it is gorgeous!
House #1: The lot is large, keeping the neighbors far enough away for privacy, and there is a handsome large tree. Inside, the rooms are spacious. I'm not keen on the decor of the main bedroom ensuite, but I do appreciate the carpeting in the bedrooms. House #2: Noting the locked closets I assume this has been a rental. The upstairs needs cosmetic work but nothing serious. You have found fault with the size of the kitchens in both of these houses, but I consider them fully adequate. House #3: Another nice rental, rather basic but clean and functional. I love the view of the pond.
Kaleb thank you for your tour of beautiful homes there in Florida. Of the three homes the second home with the upstairs is very nice. I like the upstairs model homes that I keep seeing on many tours. Also, the gas stove I do love the most way to cook. Continue success in showing your properties to potential clients.
I like the first home with the 1 acre lot. Is it possible;e to extend the driveway for a place to park an RV? Is it possible to store/park and RV on the lot?
