If I had my inheritance it’s a thought for sure. My poor dad is sick and in final stages of cancer and in hospital I like this. But still kinda want a different area one floor

Like the 3rd home, but due to the outdated bathroom sinks,
and flooring and paint is needed in different part of the house. I donot agree with the banks $500k, is too pricey and should be lower.

I like the 2 house you should which is $235 but I get where’s it located.
Why bank owned not easy to sale
The first home beautiful but 7 bedrooms and they were too small. The second home nice size bedrooms but how does a home get so beat up? 🤭🤔 That was a lot of wear and tear. Even the patio outside. The third home 🤔. The fourth home the best front elevation. It’s a rental so shouldn’t be too beat up. Looks ok. Don’t like glass doors in the shower. Seems like the chandelier is in the wrong place. Idk. Fixable issues. The Jack n Jill bath should’ve had 2 sinks. My husband wouldn’t mind fixer uppers. Im a turnkey gal. Thanks for the showings.

How much is the first house?
The first house is $435k
1st house downstairs bathroom is not convenient at all. The rooms are closets. Poorly designed. And the house is super small for the price.
2nd house, is tight but a lot better than 1st. Bedrooms are a little bigger. Master bath is unacceptable. Awesome price.
3rd house is like an townhome but doesn't have the space. Sq ft sounds big until furniture is moved in. Too pricey.
4th house price is ridiculous and poorly designed. The master bedroom is questionable. Other rooms are suprisingly nicely sized. Pool area is nice.
Bottom line: Whoever designed these tiny apartment homes needs to rethink their career, because home design is NOT it.
I am beginning to understand why there is so many foreclosures. These houses are poorly designed and not for family functionality.
Nevertheless, these videos are very informative. Love watching.
