But, if it's a "bank foreclosure," people are in an "upside down mortgage," and the bank is looking to recoup their losses. Eventually, it might go on the "auction block," and sell for much less to a builder who might tear it down, and build new from scratch. That's the ONLY potential I see for that home. It's OLD, RUN DOWN, and OUTDATED. It is a 50's style house; no one wants those anymore. The property looked nice, but that was about it.
When the roof is smoked the interior has damage cockroaches live in and live water and dampness. Again you’re on top of a swamp . Can’t give it away. Where are the alligators?
Thank you for including properties like this. First one would probably make a good rental property. Second one has the potential to be amazing with enough work, but I’m not sure ROI would be there in that neighborhood. The last one is going to need about 100k knocked off the asking price. The bank will be holding onto it for quite a while at that price.
House #1 is pretty much a gut job. Those openings in the walls make me wonder what they were looking for. Possible moisture? Indications of black mold. House #2: Small lot for a big house, though I like the big tree. The green room must have had water damage, but maybe from pipes since there's no damage upstairs. Nevertheless, you were right about the roof needing replacement. Mostly replacing kitchen and baths and doing cosmetic work here. House #3: Roof, water damage and mold to deal with. I think it's priced high, considering what needs to be done to the place.
1st one should be around 100k due to repairs etc needed. 2nd one should be $180k or so. 3rd rd $150 or so. All need major repairs. Wait till next year when prices will crash
I recently left Florida. As much as i love it i moved back to the midwest. I would only stay in Florida on a seasonal basis. Prices are just getting more ridiculous for the working class.
No I wouldn't buy it all. The way the insurance market is right now in florida makes it a no go for me. It doesn't matter what the price is. It's A. Hard no.
These are both lies. 😅 I have owned a home in Florida for over 10 yrs, in a no flood zone and worth over 3 times more than I paid. 10 minutes from downtown which means its only going up. People just talk and have no clue
Well they all have potential, number 2 could really be a fantastic home for a big family, just sheer size would be worth making a home for a family of four or 5, all could be renovated for sure, but the asking prices are ridiculous… if you could get some investors to go in with a great general contractor there is money to be made…. Thanks for sharing these properties….
Thanks for your feedback. These homes always sell. Someone with a vision will make an offer, usually under asking price. Then it will make sense. Thanks so much for watching. Have a great week. 🙂
Hey Kaleb. Happy Sunday. 1st home the price is right but small. The driveway & walkway need paving. Good call on the walkway. Oh boy. A lot of work to be done. A door to the exterior in the primary to the backyard. This is just too small. Oh a pool? The backyard is huge and looks way better than inside. Potential once renovated for a starter or downsize home. 2nd home nice elevation. Pave the front. Traditional layout. Big 2nd living space. Was hoping could take the wall down between kitchen & dining but need it for cabinetry. Yes Kaleb; would fence the backyard and pav. Oh yes. Big primary. His/her closets. Wait. 4 bedrooms to 1 bath? Need another bathroom upstairs. Definitely potential once revamped. 3rd home cute elevation. Pave the driveway. 4/3 sounds good. Front bedroom & big bath. Huge roaches 🪳 😮. Laundry room upfront, 2 bedrooms & next bathroom. Hallway looks narrow. Kitchen a nice size. Big nook/dining. 2 sliders nice. Primary with sliders. Bathroom & closet doable. Pool will be refreshing once redone. Big backyard. This is a nice house once redone. Thanks for sharing 🤗. You guys have a great week 🤗
out of curiosity Kaleb... Which of the 3 properties would you invest on ? in terms of : -Location -Ability to get a better deal of the asking -best resale value. Thank you
The second house is better than the other houses the last house that’s too much money for a house that need a lot of work for $336,000 you can go to St Port Lucie at find a decent house for the same price as that
FIRST HOUSE, $256,000 IS RIDICULOUS, YOU BETTER SAY $100,000 TAKE THAT OR GUT IT. IVE NEVER SEEN A HOT WATER TANK IN THE ACTIC BEFORE, RATE 0! NOT INTERESTED IN HOUSE #2,! HOUSE #3 AS YOU SAY KALEB THE WORSE OF THEM ALL. $336,000 ARE YOU KIDDING ME, ASKED FOR $100,000 AND PUT $236,000 INTO REHABBING, THEN ASKED FOR THE WHOLE AMOUNT, GOOD VIDEO!
The bank has to come down on the price on all of them because whoever buys them is gonna have to put 150,000 in repairs especially the 1st and third houses
That first home you showed is a "TOTAL CRAP HOLE." Definitely NOT worth the price, and needs WAY MORE than just "cosmetic work." I consider cosmetics to be maybe "paint or wallpaper"....maybe some new carpeting, but beyond that, it would appear EVERYTHING needs updating and fixing. I was thinking that house would make a good "tear down" instead. I wouldn't buy that house for $10.00, and I have flipped a lot of houses in my day for not a lot of "investment." Most people don't have that kind of money these days. Maybe, a first time home buyer who was a "handyman" who could do the work himself, and ONLY if the price was like $200,000. LESS. People today would rather live in a "brand new mobile home" than something that looks so old, outdated and run down, especially "retirees" aren't going to be up for that task. Call the "demolition crew." UGLY!!!
House #1 is worth roughly $49,000 it’s a total gut plus full exterior rehab including a rest on the landscaping. The mold remediation alone is probably $50,000. What’s more confusing is that the content creator thinks this is a good deal. House #2 Again this is a total gut, exterior isn’t as bad as #1 but it’s still a full exterior rehab. This one might possibly be worth $100,000 in its current condition. House# 3 Once again full gut plus complete exterior rehab and the scary pool yikes. This one maybe $75,000
I remember when houses in this condition used to sell for a dollar!
The first house being listed for 305k just shows how delusional people are. 256k is still mind blowingly delusional. lol

The big issue is the first house is a dump for anything over 100k. I would say 50k is pushing that dump of a home. Either way I enjoy your videos.
50k is pushing it. You gotta spend 200k fixing it up.
When the roof is smoked the interior has damage cockroaches live in and live water and dampness. Again you’re on top of a swamp . Can’t give it away. Where are the alligators?
Potential for what
@@marlenedepetris8839 That's what I said. That first home is a REAL DUMP.

You are welcome. I’m glad you find value in my home tours. Thanks for your feedback and for watching our channel. Happy Thanksgivings! 🙂
Try $250K "knocked off the price." WAY TOO HIGH FOR THAT CRAP HOLE.
Thanks for your sacrifice to show these houses 😊
🤣🤣 I do it for all my people and clients. Thanks for watching. 🙂

First house is a "tear down."
OMG!!!

Spot on with your prediction! Once Snowbird season is over, I think you are going to see a TSUNAMI of houses come onto the market.
I recently left Florida. As much as i love it i moved back to the midwest. I would only stay in Florida on a seasonal basis. Prices are just getting more ridiculous for the working class.
Thank you for sharing. I hope you and your family have a good holiday. 🙂
No I wouldn't buy it all. The way the insurance market is right now in florida makes it a no go for me. It doesn't matter what the price is. It's A.
Hard no.
It will cost 60k a year minimum to insure anything in Florida

the last house is located close to disney... much closer than St. Port Lucie...
Where do the lids to the toilets go?
The walkway is already cracked at the 1st house. So you are right about the tree. The house needs at least 40k worrh of work
I was thinking more like 80k I am sure the roof needs replacing.
IF I DIDN'T HAVE MY HOUSE?? I WOULD BUY ONE OF THESR HOMES!! JUST SO LONG IF I DIDN'T HAVE TO LIVE IN A CRAMPED APARTMENT!!
I wonder what the pool looks like 😬
Hmmmmmm let’s just say you have to empty it, clean it, resurface and fill it up again. Thanks for watching our channel. Happy Thanksgivings!

I would buy it for $40,000…give me a call 😂😂
Is that MOULD? 150K in reno! 1050sq.ft. for 259k? Ummm no.
Thanks for your feedback and for watching our channel. Happy Thanksgivings!
It should be illegal to sell houses for that much. In an AS IS condition. Each house needs approx 70gs in repairs/upgrades.
market, supply/ demand will speak for them self... they dropped the price once, they may do it again... buyers can make a more realistic offer.
most houses are sold as is- that how you know you have never owned
@@jeffmoore8776 u may stfu now, I've owned 3 new houses.
@@kylegodfrey7348 lol, wow keyboard warrior, if thats the case then you would have already known a lot are sold as is, as i standard. lo
