I’m just getting into eating food that’s actually made for us to eat bruh. It takes a lot to realize that. I’m 6’4 was 340 2 months ago. Within eating food that’s not made with processed ingredients , and Pesticides . It does cost a bit. My first “Haul” I went crazy at Whole Foods but I didn’t know you needed Amazon prime to get an additional 10% off which I had deactivated recently 😂. After grabbing what I usually would get at Costco at Whole Foods Rounded up to 500 even . Could’ve save with that 10% but it’s not about that. You think saving a quick buck is worth my health. Naw !!!! Hello no.

Everybody is flipping out about $350 but he got A LOT of good quality meats that 100% make it worth it. He says he stocks up. Trader Joe’s is a very inexpensive grocery store for the QUALITY.

"Free range" ≠ pasture raised. Just like "cage free" doesnt mean your chicken is living and eating healthy. If you want chickens that roam on grassfields (quality chicken) then look for pasture raised ONLY.

That’s crazy to me because TJs is pretty affordable. It was probably all the packs of meat, especially red meat. Other items are pretty cheap. There’s also some fresh veggies I don’t get there because sometimes I can find them cheaper per pound elsewhere.

First, how did he navigate the store? It is swamped from the minute they open till they close. To be fair, he did purchase a sizable amout of meat. But $5 for eggs is ridiculous. I am lucky to have a small family farm where I can get organic eggs much less expensive. If I didn't, eggs would be off the menu.

The carne asada even tho I would never buy it packaged from Trader Joe’s ( I marinate my own) this should ALWAYS be grilled not cooked in a pan or thrown in the crock pot. It’s called carne asada which literally means grilled meat 😅

It takes more than a minute to get to whatever you're trying to get to. Old people are keen on TJs in my area so a trip in that tiny little store takes me 2 hours to get through and that's when I didn't have cancer!
