    imagine being hired as a defensive focused coach, told that you’re gonna get a legit QB to lead the offensive side of your system, give up everything for him to get injured 4 plays into the season. you work your ass off to make the team stay afloat being promised an elite offense next year. the QB spends all this time out talking about how he’s going to carry them when he comes back, plays like shit for 4 out of the 5 games of the year throwing 3 interceptions then he pisses his pants and get you fired. im so tired of Rodgers.

    Aaron has truly “WON” one time. All of his other accolades…well deserved and impressive as they are…are his personal accolades, and ultimately Not team accolades. For a guy who is as incredibly gifted as he is as a QB, he always seems to have this burning, insatiable need to portray himself as a deep thinker, an Important person, and “above” all the media scrutiny, which he ironically and predictably always seems to invite. He is an exhausting character (apparently even to his own family and many ex’s…,) and his stint so far with the Jets was just predictable as hell.

    No, Dan, it is not protocol to walk a guy out without allowing him to get his stuff. By security. All the way to the car. You do not treat a colleague this way. If Saleh announced he's taking another job, yes, you walk him out so he can't take trade secrets out. C'mon Dan. This was about the Lebanese flag on Saleh's arm. And Woody's friends in the box in London called him on this. And Woody was embarrassed that his coach was just as focused on Lebanon as his team. Just to be clear Dan. This is NOT standard protocol with a colleague or someone you trust. Even if security is there by your side...they would allow you to say goodbye to people, collect your belongings, walk you to the doors of the building...and with him good luck. He can walk himself to his car. Dan...just speak the truth. This was a complete and utter slap in the face and "F you." I'm glad Shannon Sharpe spoke the truth.

    Hey everybody, lets blame Aaron Rodgers! Meanwhile, don't look at the Jets' O-line and how crappy they have been playing. A-a-Ron is getting all banged up and forced to release the ball early to a receiver core that isn't ready for the ball because they are running the normal routes, rather than seeing the collapsing line and changing to short release valve routes.

    • @carlfrye1566

      Your mancrush Rodgers wanted Hackett as OC, Saleh tried to fix it by taking play calling away from him AFTER ONLY 5 GAMES WITH RODGERS AS QB.....he got fired because Rodgers is Hacketts insurance policy...the offensive problems are on Rodgers AND Hackett.

    • @christopherweise438
      @christopherweise438 21 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +1

      A good OC will change things so the O-line doesn't have to do as much. If the receivers "aren't looking" that means the OC and his master plan are junk. Why are they still running normal routes? That's on the OC. Hackett would not have a job with any other NFL team other than the one where his best bud is the QB.

      @@carlfrye1566 You mistakenly believe he's my mancrush--hense the term A-a-Ron. It just seems convenient to me that everyone is blaming Rogers instead of looking at the offense wholistically. There are clear problems besides Rogers.

I never wanted Rodgers on this team to begin with and I knew it was going to be trouble when we got him. I hope we don't win another game this year and get rid of all the packers on this team and start over. Again.

    I’m a Jets fan. It’s not one single person that’s an issue, it’s several things. If you look at last season without Rodgers, our offense is was an issue. If you look at this year with Rodgers, our offense is an issue. Those offensive struggles lay solely at Hackett’s feet. Next, Woody firing Saleh 5 games in to the season shows me he didn’t have confidence in his head coach before the season even started. Instead of firing him in the offseason to make it easier to find a coach, we do it 5 games in? Rodgers is old, worn down, hurt, and plays at about 40% of what we all know was his prime. We lose fan favorite Huff for Riddick and he isn’t even on the team because of contract issues. It’s just a mess and I hate seeing great young talent like G. Wilson, Hall, the Williams Bros, etc put up with it. In my personal opinion, Hackett needs to go and has needed to go the day we signed him.

    • @tohokugirl8144
      @tohokugirl8144 17 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      Yes. Hackett has been let go multiple times because he calls bad plays. But, if owners let Prima Donna quarterbacks bring in their buddies with bad track records, this is what you get.

    Oh, come on. Saleh was the Head Coach for over three years. And he as the Head Coach, is responsible for everything, Offense, Défense, special teams, everything. If he's not willing to do that, take responsibility. He shouldn't be a Head Coach. And he was fired for his God awful HC'ing record. He's has the worst NFL record of. any Head Coach in the past over 3 years.
    He deserved be fired. He should have been fired after his 3rd HC'ing season. So this is such a big nothing-burger. It's ridiculous.

    It all begins and ends with the O-Line. They are horrible in both run and pass blocking. Possibly the worst in the league. Hall has no lanes to run and Rodgers has ZERO time to pass on most plays. Rodgers will pick a team apart if the O-Line does their job and Hall is a great runner if given a seam.

    Doesn't sound strange at all, Dan. "No legitimate head coach looking for a job will want to coach a team with Aaron Rodgers as their QB1"
    A-Rod has been a choke-artist for a handful of years and at this pt. he's more hype than substance. The writing has been on the wall for a while as far as I'm concerned. But the sports media has been kissing Aaron's azz for so long that they refused to see the decline in his game and the arrogance in his personality until just recently
    This is the beginning of a long end for Woody Johnson and his JETS organization. At the end of this '24' season, he'll blow the whole thing up and start from ground zero with a new head coach and new team mission statement. While Rodgers will retire and then go alope with Joe Rogan😅
