If Joe Flacco (Super Bowl Champion) keeps winning games on otherwise losing teams, he should be in the HOF consideration conversation.
The Colts were outscored 20-24 with Flacco on the field. Not to mention AR left him the ball at the 6 yard line.
The Giants shoulda scooped him instead of Drew Lock. He was right there. They had the free cap to get him.
@@Quinn37The first drive was one 41 yard pass and then a bunch of Johnathan Taylor runs. He was also out for like 30 yards of the second drive so he didn’t alone get them to the 6. You aren’t leading the league in turnover and dead last in completion percentage and a good quarterback. Anthony Richardson would not have completed all those 3rd downs late in game like Flacco did.
I would agree that it is very unlikely the Colts would have won that game if AR played the entire game. But HOF is a little crazy for Joe Flacco.
This is one of the dumbest takes I've ever seen. You don't go to the HOF for winning a few with bad teams.

I'm gonna vent, I'm tired of hearing today about how the Eagles lost cuz they were missing 3 offensive starters. The BUCS had 20 players on the injury report on Friday. The defense was healthy and could not stop a runny nose
I’m a huge Bengals fan and season ticket holder. Unless something changes quickly with the defense, they are not winning AFC North.

I can 100% relate to Brockman's blackjack face down comment. It doesnt change anything, but it does make it more exciting if the dealer busts.
Here we go my reactions to all the overreactions:
1. Definitely a fair take. Henry looked incredible last night and they were a toenail away from ot in the first match.
2. I don’t know how u can’t say this right now. Only 4-0 team in the nfc thus far. Incredible defense, Sam looking fantastic.
3. Once again not an overreaction. Dallas and Philly are both an absolute mess right now.
4. This year you have to tote the L for Anthony and hope he develops. The flashes are too good for him to be sitting on the bench although he will lose u a game u should win.
5. Duh. Sf is really good. Honestly the overreaction would be if u said the opposite.
You don’t wanna bryce young drake. The team sucks as a whole. Build the team up and start him next season
6. Yeah. Fields is the starter moving forward. Miami trade coming?
7. Honestly shocked we haven’t seen it yet. He should be out there. Everyone likes Jameis compared p diddy.

I think the 49ers call is one of Brockman's bravest but it might come true -- if Shanahan can find some way to bring Aiyuk to life, SF could make the post-season without CMcC

Diehard Niner fan here. Do we NEED CMC to make the playoffs? No. Not if Mason can stay healthy throughout the year, and Guerrendo, et al. can spell him nicely. Do we need CMC to win the whole thing? That I would argue is more important. I think it's going to be a hell of a lot harder to get back to the SB (and win) without CMC.

I'm sorry, everyone can all the proclamations they want about teams, but I think you need get past mid season to really see long term trends. So many people jumped off the Ravens bandwagon after 2 weeks and then everyone just threw themselves off the Bills bandwagons into on coming traffic and people have little faith in the Bengals, the hot takes from week to week are just so ridiculous and hyperbolic. You go from top of the world to never heard of you, you go from worst player in the league to MVP, you from MVP and then 3 and 1/2 hours later they say go kill yourself, let's at least get to after Halloween.
"after the bye, how many of those teams are playoff teams, 2?" Lets see here, not counting my Seahawks because the jury is still out on how they'll be after some competition. You have the Bills, Bucs, Lions, and GB (they are a playoff team but might not make it due to their division), so at least 4 playoff caliber teams plus Seattle is a tough team this year even if they don't end up being a top 10 team and the Cardinals are far better than their record shows.
How the heck are the Cowboys going to beat the Steelers? Dallas could be full strength and Pittsburgh could start Russ and Pittsburgh would STILL win
The commanders DO know how good their punting game is. Tress Way has essentially been the team MVP for like a decade. He is one of the few punters whose jersey actually sells and is popular. He has been gifted a vacation by Daniels after giving him his number, It is a well-deserved break, haha
I think injuries is the only thing that will stop the Chiefs and some bad luck,they really aren’t that great of a team talent wise but I believe they are by far the greatest coached team across the board they play the best complimentary football.They know what their offense with Mahomes is capable of and their defense does just enough to keep the score below that.,and PATRICK is so consistent you can bank on it.

We need to add one award at the end of the year after an understandable loss by Puka to CJ Stroud for ORotY. What if we added Most Valuable Rookie (MVR)? This way, we don't have another Puka/CJ scenario.
@Chris Brockman Tyreek Hill won one Super Bowl ring with Kansas City. Mahomes has 3 rings, people keep thinking he only has 2. Mahomes is going for his 4th this year, 3 in a row.
The 49res don't need CMC to make the playoffs. Rich is way off on that one. They're not a team built on one guy on offense. They have all these other weapons.
The thing is, they don't want to just sneak into the playoffs. If they want to have games at Levi's, they're going to need CMC
I'm a Chiefs fan and I relaxed during most of the post season bc I didn't think the Chiefs could actually win. I thought the Ravens were unbeatable. I was happily mistaken.
AR is gonna play and AR is gonna get hurt again and Joe Flacco is gonna finish up the season for the Colts -- so why worry about who starts the next game?
Secret: the Colts have one off the best offensive lines in the NFL so Flacco can succeed.

All this talk about flacco is nonsense. I get it, it is really fun to talk about and it’s easy to root for flacco, but if you’re a colts fan, that’s the LAST thing you want. Flacco isn’t the long term answer. They gotta find out if Richardson is. And anyone who is watching that game knows Richardson had his best quarter of the year by far before that hit. They only won that game cause Richardson got em that lead early, cause they were begging to give the Steelers that game after the fact.
Everybody better start giving props to the Broncos defense. I realize our offense is still a work in progress, but just ask Mayfield and Rodgers how good they are.
It will come down to Lamar unless the Ravens are extremely good and he always comes up short,Allen played light years better than Lamar last year against the Chiefs.
Achilles Tendonitis isn't something you just heal from and you're all good. It's a repetitive injury that stays with you long-term and there currently aren't many useful treatments besides shots - ie why he is way over in Germany now getting experimental. CMC may just be waiting until the postseason when the games really matter before he starts the injections, but that in no way is a long-term solution. It may very well be his final season.
AR was marching the offense up n down on the Steelers. The run game was unstoppable n he was nailing his throws. 3-4 71yrds, this media narrative is so trash.

As a Chargers fan who has never gotten past the Patriots teams in the mid 00s that stopped some of the best Chargers offenses and all around teams from reaching a single Super Bowl(that 14-2 year, Divisional playoff loss, first year of Rivers, last year of MartyBall was definitly the worst time to be a Chargers fan). It is just crazy stupid for the Patriots to throw Drake May in there and let him get absolutly hammered! The dude needs to sit by and get accustomed to the league. If they let the pressure get to them and put him in. Well, they will continue to pick in the top 5 and go threw qbs like toilet paper. If they are still really a good franchise, then they will start doing it the right way and turn back into a winning franchise
