I added this after my 30-minute MetCon workout this morning, because I was on a roll and still had a little gas in the tank. 😁After this, I'm complete! 🔥😅 Those were some fun moves, a few I haven't done before. I love these quick but intense HIIT sessions, they're just right for an add-on.

Thank you for this! I did keep wondering why my heart rate didn't go into the cardio zone. It didn't get into the fat zone much. I was using 12 and 15 pounds and I was huffing and puffing. I tacked on your pop music 20 min cardio on the end to drive up my heart. I have high BP and think I need the heart rate up to help it. I like being able to do the heavy compound weight videos that are short. You are right, I can do a lot of cardio and I prefer it. I would love some more short, low impact, high fun cardio to tach on at the end. It is like my treat to do cardio. I love the almost dancy ones where the music is a little louder. Just for fun. So good! Thanks for all the work.

Hi Jennifer I did it for 20 mana hit workout with weights in Mount your belly fat which I have a flat belly but it sure work me out today I think this was worse than yesterday's video you had out but I made it through thank you very much I really appreciate these 20 minute workout with weights you really do a good job you sure can do your exercise without stopping I didn't think I could use 20 lb I did it I want to keep in shape I'm 64 years old I will be and I want to be the best shape I can most of my friends are my age just sat around and my friends are jealous of me because I keep in shape have any of you girls had that problem are you Jennifer just wondered I don't want to quit exercising just because my friends don't do it okay Jennifer and your friends you have a blessed day from Terry

When in perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause it's recommended to add 2-3 HIIT / SIT / PLYO workouts per week. Depends on your body and energy level. Glad you love this! For sure do it again and again and again!!💪💪💪

Did this one and did the cardio menopause after. I burned 120 calories in 20 min!
FYI -HIIT training is strong medicine. The right dose works wonders; too much can backfire and have ill effects.
