  • My wife and I spent the month of September touring England and Wales and I managed to sneak in a few photo shoots and vlogs along the way.
This is the sixth video of the series, shot at Penmon Point on Anglesey in Wales. In this video I 'work the subject' trying different viewpoints and camera angles as well as different exposure times to try and capture the essence of the scene.
Check out D Griff Gallery for some great videos on Anglesey, Snowdonia and North Wales:

    Hope you enjoy :-)

    Great location and interesting lighthouse.
Good tip on not dominating the one piece of real estate for too long. Like all the images. Keep 'em coming Ian.

      Thanks George.
Another few videos to come from Anglesey then back to the creativity challenge, which has turned into a two year project rather than 52 weeks but c'est la vie ;-)
      Cheers, Ian

Great stuff, mate! I always enjoy a new take on a local spot. The final long exposure and the 8 second one were masterly 👍 To be honest you did a great job in tough conditions which I wouldn’t have bothered with. Of course you had little choice in the conditions but it was a masterclass in getting some great images despite the odds. You’re a top photographer and I’m going to use this as a primer for my tutorial clients before we visit as an example of how you can get great images in any conditions! Really sorry I missed you too ✋🏻😊

Agree with the comment about giving other photographers right of way. What I dislike are the idiots who spoil locations what seems like forever using their phones and getting selfies. I always mumble to myself, if you want a good picture, buy a camera and get serious.
