  • My wife and I spent the month of September touring England and Wales and I managed to sneak in a few photo shoots and vlogs along the way.
This is the seventh video of the series - the first of 2 parts of our 'lap of Anglesey', where we drove around the island stopping at various tourist locations and I tried to capture some landscape images while also experiencing the sites as a tourist.
    Hope you enjoy :-)

      Thanks Bob
Yeah, that hat is my travel favourite because it can squash flat in packing and comes back to life as soon as it's released from captivity ;-)
      Cheers, Ian

Paul Compton PDphotography Thanks Paul 😀 We had a fantastic trip and really enjoyed our ‘lap of Anglesey’. Would love to spend much more time at each location that holidays don’t permit...good reason to come back! Cheers Ian

Very enjoyable Ian. Some interesting shots too. I liked the way you composed the bell to meet but not cross the horizon. Favourite image the rock protrusions into the sea but the rock pool was a close 2nd for me. Thanks for creating such interesting content.

      Thanks George 😀
It’s taken a while to process all the images and audio/video material...one more to come then back to some local shoots.

Nice video as always, not easy taken landscape photos while on vacation with ones better half, normally when one goes out the light is very harsh making photo taking more challenging, see you brought your big tripod with you, how do you find it after using for a while now, would you recommend it ?
Would be nice to see a video about your experience with the K1 also.
Looking forward to the next one...

      Hi again gryphongryph.
Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment :-) Yes, I love this tripod. I will do a review of it very soon - just trying to get through there backlog from UK trip. Not sure there's much I can add about the K1 that hasn't already been said but I'll try and think of something ;-)
      Cheers, Ian
