they havent gone to far, its only just begun. Terrain editing is starting to become a thing for mods. It used to be impossible a couple months ago. When they release proper terrain editing tools thats when subnautica mods have gone too far. Oh yeah also swivel chair mod is epic.

I want a mod that makes better AI for creatures, for more complex behavior thsn randomely movement or attack. Definitely something worth looking. If we just could watch all cool behaviors of creatures and upload PDA. Some more realistic and smooth movement, more realistic diving and a lot of mechanics like you can scare off something with blinking with a flashlight. Then add some cool and terryfying death animations with procedural animation (diffrent based on player position) where you can mive camera ot etc to struggle hopelessly. I also really want to see creatures that can use camouflage or set traps.
8:21 imagine being stuck in that seamoth. A massive lovecraftian monster is dragging you down to the depts and your screams are muffled due to the water.
The adult Garg is just so scary. Also i like that they've gone in and made interactions between the juvenile Garg and Reapers. Same for the adult Garg with Adult Ghost Leviathans.
Although mods are starting to get rid of the 'terror' factor these content mods might just have a big boom soon, this might be the future of subnautica
I hope that the quality of life updates in below zero can one day be modded into classic subnautica. Having a large room instead of repeating multipurpose rooms would be amazing. The new bed designs would be nice too.
You probably already know this, but I'll leave it for others: The bloop is actually terrifying when it attacks. It's attack, the vortex attack, works as a vacuum. It sucks you in, and eats you. Also, the 2nd set of jaws are 7 meters inside of its body. So, it's bigger than a reefback iirc.
I had a present two months ago. A free dive run 6-7 meters below underwater. Never have i felt so alive and rejuvenated. An amazing experience and i kinda want to do it again. Funny thing is that i can't swim but in diving it doesn't matter. One thing i can say for this video, while you are below you are very vulnerable to predators. You are slow both in speed and maneuverability. So if you encounter a shark or in this case, a leviathan you are just food. End of story.
fear of water is just like fear of dark (kinda) you arent necessarily afraid of IT, just of what lies within it (except with water you could also drown i guess)

The trick with the base at the beggining gave me a headache but THE CHAIR IS THE BEST THING CREATED IN THE UNIVERSE

The gargantuan leviathan seems so interesting. The way it swallowdd that ghost, god... It was looking at it, then his glowing stopped and it ate it in one bite 😮😮😮. And then it went into the darkness 😭 god this is so LEGENDARY!

Can you dunno, just upload your track somewhere, or write it's name ( if you think it's from original BZ ost). The good thing - after listening BZ ost i've understood why i love original game - Simon Chylinski created just awesome music.

Worth noting that when the Gargantuan killed the Reaper, it did the death roll like a crocodile; I guess that means, like a croc, the Gargantuan Leviathan doesn't chew its food.
