Send me a link. I am general contractor. And I’m honestly tired of working for investors. Some of these folks are cheap and want millionaire dollar jobs to renovate their rentals but only want to pay high end prices. I’d rather be the investor
I was a contractor as well 6 years ago I’ve been wholesaling ever since. Changed my whole life. I know exactly what you mean. Follow this guy Brent. He will help you
But most realtor's don't sell three houses a month, most sell one. Plus, your broker gets 25% of that 3% commission. So that $15,000 is really only $11,250.
LOL. So if a realtor cannot sell enough product to sustain them throughout the year, that house buyers/sellers should be supplementing their income while they are twiddling their thumbs the rest of the year. Would'nt we all love to get paid enough money to last a year while only working perhaps 10-20 hours for the year. And sorry but looking for new clients is not something that should be expected to be paid for. @@AlcaniZFilms
@@StarryNight007 Absolutely not. I have a sibling that is a very successful realtor and they no way work that many hours. A person that works a 40 hour week works 2080 hours a year. If you are saying a realtor works 65 hours a week that is 3380 hours per year. Nope.
@bc5001 does your brother have any tips on becoming a realtor, or things people should know before coming one? Im on the edge about purchasing my pre licensing courses and feel like this is a big leap of faith for me
@@bc5001I've not done the realtor thing, but I have been a military recruiter. Sakes is sales, and as a salesperson your day begins at 8 and usually ends at 9pm, Monday thru Saturday and sometime Sunday.
REBLIE is there to help real estate professionals in saving their time and money by creating attractive real estate maps within few minutes instead of hours. You can sell the property even before they see the location.
No, because you're not brokering the deal, you're just putting investors and sellers together. You find a seller who's got a beat up house they need to get rid of, then connect them with an investor for a 10% finders fee. It's not as easy as it sounds though.
HEY CECIL!!!! Check out all the videos on my channel - the student stories are great for inspiration. Talktopeople.com/insider has a full training course called wholesaling for beginners.
Well after 10 years of real estate I would quit too because if you do it right by that point you can retire yourself and your parents for life
Hell no
@@decasa296 For you no
He’s right, doing one massive deal gives you the resources to obtain financial freedom

3% on a $500k+ house isn't enough when you doing 3+ a month 🙄
Sounds very greedy if you ask me.
