These V4’s run hot, you wouldn’t want the fans to kick on any sooner bc they will constantly run, and shorten the life of the fan. No bueno. I love my 21 factory V4, after having owned a Panigale V4 and a previous gen ‘20 Tuono, this 21 is above and beyond. Aprilia really has outdone itself this time. People better not sleep on Aprilia, it’s an often underrated beast. Great vids, you have earned another subscriber! 💪🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I hope Aprilia has addressed the oil burning and oil leak problems that I have experienced on my 2019. I hear of quite a few other riders with these same problems.
You got lucky lol I’m jealous. Only 4500 miles on mine and I no longer trust it because I have to add a quart of oil every 1500 miles. My understanding is the oil leaking is bound to happen soon according to my dealer. Interesting sidenote is the dealer says the oil burning is normal and they’re not interested in fixing it because my warranty expired two months ago. 😔
Good job on the Tuono description, I am currently looking to purchase this year model. But I wonder how good is it with a passenger? have you try ? and if you have can you give a review on that experience please, thank you . keep up the good job.
10 cold to hot to cold start ups they say is the easy way to break in the bike. watched your other videos on the bike, read the comments. the media thing is interesting. a ride with the new exhaust will that be next? hiimchad on YT has the CRT SC exhaust fitted that one sounds good.
Either this or SD is next bike...own 890 R now and tbh I don't use quickshifter all that much....on open road I use it more but in traffic just manual shift
Hi, interesting you mentioned that. This is old but in 2012 I bought a 2012 Tuono v4 new sight unseen and my hand would go numb, the right hand after about 30 minutes. I thought oh man this sucks for my dream bike. I have to figure this out or it will be gone after a year but after it broke in it just didn't do that anymore. It just got better with use and I've never had a problem with my 2012 tuono after a few hundred miles. I haven't bought a bike since but now that is a fear of mine for every bike I'm considering. I'm just glad the Tuono stopped doing it very quickly for me. I still have the Tuono.
Congratulations on the new ride! (Although you’re not in the Fz1 brotherhood anymore😔) I’ve been spoiled with the FZ’s maintenance schedule, what does the Aprilia require?
Solid right hander @5:50 lol. Honestly the GoPro makes the turns look less drastic than they are. There was plenty of RPM and speed variation. Not sure we watched the same video.
@@FocusedGarage Ok. Maybe gopro makes me watch video this way. I just couldn't see this insane power which i saw in other videos and which i experience from my new tuono v4 factory! :) Only my impression. Happy for you mate. We've just picked up a best bikes on the market ;)
I just finished break and today and was able to actually rip on the bike. Let me tell you, this thing is absolutely insane. I thought my last bike was fast, but this bike is mental.

So far I'm absolutely blown away by this thing! Love the bike.
Congrats on your new machine ! I never thought I would love the QS so much as I would until I got my Ktm 790 Duke and now my new 890 R DUKE .
Thanks for checking out the vid!
Fancy seeing you here - Tuono Fan Boy? lol

6,000 miles in and no oil burning issues on mine!

Same problems on my 19 pluss petrol consumption, it's THIRSTY. I ride with a sfv4, I use more.

One of my first mods was actually removing the passenger pegs when I put the exhaust on, hahaha.

Just put on a SC Project SC1-R and wow is it good haha.

Can't go wrong with either bike haha.
I am in the same situation fz1 want the v4, how much did you get for yours, I have a 14 white, pretty clean.
I paid whatever sticker was at the time, plus fees. I got $4600 for my FZ1.
I have the same bike in white, do you feel vibrations in the handle bar? Does your right hand go numb after 30 miles or so?
Nope, not really. How many miles do you have on the bike? I've got a little over 4,000.

Valve adjustment every 12k miles. Oil changes every 5k miles. So nothing "too" crazy haha.
Awesome bike! What’s your mic setup like?
I run a Purple Panda lavalier mic in my helmet running to a standalone Sony audio recorder.
@@FocusedGarage Thanks!
First. Congrats on Spaghetti
Thanks for the support! 🍝
Ducati v2 sf
If that was out at the time I bought this, I definitely would've considered one.
🍝🥖
You know it.
17min on straight road. Not a single turn. Constant speed, constant rpm. Not a good way to brake in motorbike, not at all mate.
