I’ve learned to manifest faster in the quietness and in the stillness. When my subconscious and conscious mind are in harmony, I imagine the end result or I imagine myself in the end result. I don’t get excited instead I have a strong sense of knowing it’s going to happen because I’m creating from within, therefore I block out all external circumstances and I patiently wait for things to unfold. The power is knowing how your mind works and staying on that vibration without judgement. What is it that YOU desire to experience, what’s healthy for YOU? If you’re coming from a place of love you will not entertain negativity. You will NOT settle. Key 🔑 Always be true to yourself and you will ATTRACT what’s meant for you.

    • @reginacb79
      @reginacb79 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

@JQUICK21 Those are your desires, why do you assume everyone wants a bunch of condos and jets? I reckon I could manifest those if I wanted but I don't. The things I want, however, are manifesting nicely :) And no, it doesn't really take action either. My biggest money manifestations literally fell into my lap without doing anything for them for no logical reason from illogical or unknown places. The times I take action usually unfold slower because I trust in my 3D thinking and action, which makes things flow on a human trajectory and consequently take longer than things just divinely snapping into place before I blink. And finally, no such thing as "what's meant for you". What you desire IS what's meant for you. People think they will get what's meant for them, and technically it's true but not because someone decided it for them but because they believed that's what was meant for them, therefore they made it true. Believe something greater and prove it to yourself that what you desire is your fate :) Jets aren't what I want. I guess I'm not meant to have one :PP

Over 10 years, I've progressively given up:
    - Alcohol
    - Junk food
    - Toxic relationships
    - Excessive sex
    - Excessive coffee
    - Anger
    - Grudges
But I've been stuck for 3 years now with:
    - Judgment
    - Irritation
    - Vanity
    - Pride
Especially, quitting toxic news has been tough, although I've managed to reduce their consumption.
Even this was enough to radically improve the quality of life.

You can’t control your external environment but you can control how you perceive that environment. In essence we are all one and everything you dislike about others is also part of you. Once you recognize that, you can start working on yourself with love and compassion towards you.

Your reminder of this has done exponentially much more than weeks with a couple different therapists!

This is such a great interview! Especially when Dr Doty states don't let anyone tell you what you can and cannot do and Lewis reiterates that statement and adds that "we" have to take personal responsibility to make that decision for ourselves. Then they go on to say start with "little" steps. So spot on! Just this past May 2 marked 14 years since my accident when I was told by my surgeon that reconstructed my heels after being hit head on by a drunk driver that I'd never run again. I had suffered 27 broken bones, brain trauma, etc... but my heels were the worst. They were crushed and I was crushed because I was an avid runner. I proposed to my now wife on a trail run and had that stripped from me in an instant. Or did I??? Fast forward I'm not only running again but running competitively and running some crazy races like Spartan Ultra Beast in the mountains of Killington Vermont that took me 14 hours to complete. I don't say this to impress you but to impress upon you that everything in this interview is spot on, at least it was and is for me. Everyone make it a fantastic weekend!!!

It’s not about how others should make me happy, it’s how I can make others feel good. And it’s easy! About 3 years later, in college, someone called my place, looking for one of my roommates. He needed a ride to pay his phone bill. As we drove to the phone company I saw Elvis and three others walking down the street. I met him! I never had any doubts because I didn't know about the law of attraction. I learned about it decades later.

So, the power is in you, to heal, and think positively and the Universe will just align.

I wholeheartedly disagree. Manifestation is being in the flow/energy/state of mind.
I have manifested everything in my life, I live exactly the life I always wanted, but I did not work hard for it at all. I trusted the universe to give me everything that I wanted and to guide me in the right direction. I manifested a family, a life with lots of traveling and living in different countries, animals, and financial freedom. I got it all and so much more. But I already knew 30 years ago that this is what my life would look like, and I surrendered, trusted, and saw myself living that life. Hard work? Never even a second!

    • @Dragon-wl5ic
      @Dragon-wl5ic 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

@Beyou0120 hm, that's difficult to explain. For me, it always was a "knowing" that things would go my way. When things I really, really wanted and desired didn't come to me, I knew that there was a reason why they didn't come and that all of the time something better came along. So, I always trust the universe. I have never tried to manifest money or materialistic things per se. I just knew that they would be coming my way regardless. I could see myself with a family, pets, a big house etc. without asking for it. Again, I just knew that this would be there for me one day.
The funny thing is that I am anything but materialistic, but yet I was and am very fortunate. I am also grateful for everything in my life. I wholeheartedly believe in soul lessons and it took me a while to understand that the things you don't get, even though you wish for them so hard, are not part of your soul's learning journey. Once you accept that and trust, the universe will reward you with many things in abundance. I know how weird and corny that sounds, but this is just how it works for me.
I grew up in a very dysfunctional, verbally abusive family, and I was very confused as a child. Long into adulthood, I always felt sorry for myself and the horrible childhood I endured. Until the day, I understood that this was all part of my journey and just part of the way I am going. It is neither bad nor good, it just is. I stopped judging and understood that my soul obviously decided long before I was born, that these were the people I would learn my lessons with. As uncomfortable as it was, I finally understood. Once the knot was open, I was in the flow. One more thing, and that's the most important thing: ALWAYS trust your intuition/6th sense/heart. Once you do this, your life will change! ❤️

I now follow you and appreciate your level of commitment to this conversation. You interview others very well, like a surgeon, getting to the area that needs attention, but sparing the surrounding tissues and not glossing over other relevant areas. Yes, you may figure that I am a medical provider too, a Retired Military Physician Associate. Your compassion for this talk comes through very well. In fact, I only had one real issue while I listened. That was to listen to you finish the interview with Dr. Doty or start "Mind Magic" on Audible. Same. I was severely emotionally abused as a child. For
Many years I played the role of the victim and felt very sorry for myself. I literally manifested horrible things in my life, over and over and over.
I still have trouble with this at times, but mostly, my attitude has improved by educating myself and working on my inner self, thus, a lot of the chaos in my life has disappeared.
We are, what we attract… or better yet… we attract what we are!
While it wasn’t our fault that we were abused as children, for that we are victims. But….. we can work on ourselves and learn how to react better to our environment and literally change our energy, to attract abundance and happiness! I am living proof that this can be done.
      We got this 💕❤️🙏🏼💕❤️🙏🏼

Thanks for sharing your life story Dr. James R. Doty. It brought tears to my eyes. My story is quite similar. My dad passed away when I was 4 years old, from that day my mother’s and my life were not a smooth sailing. We had all sort of difficulties. I had a dream to be an engineer, got in to a college after year 10 and ended up in engineering faculty. Became a civil engineer in 2000, migrated to Australia from Sri Lanka and now living in Melbourne with two boys. My share is Faith, Strong Desire and Imagination are my life changes. Believe your self, higher power and never give up.

Brilliant. It's a constant confirmation, that it's up to us, to get the courage to believe that the power is within us. Not reacting to the outside world and chatter, and focus on what you truly desire to experience. To become our next best version. The scary part for so many people is that the new version is a new identity, hence to lose or drop the previous identity. To experience the new, a new ID is needed. That can be very tough, but is it worth it? That's for each to decide individually.

amazing how all of his wisdom aligns with higher consciousness and the lessons we learn through our experiences. I went through the same process, but my process included a higher power, my higher self, the universe our creator. It also included angels ancestors ascended masters and they were my mentors. They were the ones I went to for inspiration encouragement. They were the ones that kept me in alignment, all through my process, but he hit all the pivotal points, The self reflection is a big one! Because without that you just continue to live in your illusions. my divine team led me down my path so I don't agree with him on one point that the universe doesn't care. I'm sorry I cannot agree with that but everything else.he is spot on! Happiness comes from inside of us and we all have the pilgrims journey.

Now me and the my daughter 12, she pops in the cold room to be with me and prepares them for me to cut faster. She 12 but don't underestimate her. A+ in every subject, won 2nd place in an Essay writing in a group of writer 25 years old to 72 years old, many prof writers. Her works where publicized. We listened to your conversation together, i laid down my character weaknesses (I'm father 67), exchanges examples and answered deep questions she has best i could, talked, forgave and talked about forgiveness, laughed at examples i said to understand better. That is why my thank you to both of you is so important. Plus, ordering your 2nd book Dr Doty. Cheers :)

Joe's teachings are backed by numerous success stories, which is something I haven't seen in other self-help books. If you've read any of Joe's books, you'd see how his approach stands out in its ability to produce tangible results.
