Joe dispenza and his work has changed my life. I was addicted to opiates and could not function without it. The pain was debilitating. I started out trying to kill my pain and found so much more! I'm living a new life. Free from addiction and most of my pain. I'm 49 and work 12 to 13 hours days. Guy's half my age can't keep up. Met the love of my life. Life is good!

      Love this!
I’m not working as much but holding down a pretty full time work load. Living alone, running a home, got my dogs & doing stuff I never thought once was possible after an accident changed my whole life in a split second.
I am also 49. Still waiting to meet the main of my dreams but as you say life isn’t over yet.
Learning to be the new you & making the best version of that is a long hard road but you did it & so am I.

I unexpectedly ran into Dr Joe dispenza a few days ago when we were waiting on the same elevator, and I was so excited to get to speak to him. My family and friends didn't understand my excitement when I told them. But I've listened to him for years! The man is a genius.

Haha I understand your excitement and I just got excited for you and am using this to manifest meeting him myself!! @@JessyJandTheGangsAdventures it was legit such a surprise to me. What I didn't mention was that it was a freight elevator, not a normal one. I was helping move heavy equipment off the elevator, and for whatever reason, he was going to ride the elevator. So we ended up standing there for a few moments waiting on the elevator. 😅 He was exactly like he is in interviews. Very excited to talk about his work.

It's okay to feel lost sometimes. Negative thoughts and failures are part of the journey. They can be tough to deal with, but they also offer valuable lessons and opportunities for growth. Remember, every setback is a setup for a comeback. Keep pushing forward, and don't be too hard on yourself.

Rhonda Byrne's insights on the Law of Attraction remind me a lot of Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich: “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” Rhonda’s point about not allowing thoughts of lack to enter your mind is crucial. Hill also advises against dwelling on negative thoughts, as this can sabotage our efforts. Instead, both Rhonda and Hill advocate for visualizing and feeling as though you already have what you desire. This way, you're training your mind to recognize and create opportunities that align with your goals.

Some of us are in the middle of a long journey and we stop and go and live on the roadside because we don't have the courage to see the finish line.
Isn't the journey the true purpose and it's the journey that gets us the growth. The growth can be phenomenonal if we stick at it every single day.
I think my subconscious is teaching me today's lesson. Thank you subconscious.

You and Joe, have both been mentors of mine for quite some time, and this conversation reminded me, today...I don't have to spend my time continually stomping on grapes in a barrel, when there is wine all around me, that is so easy to access. I don't even drink wine, but it is a metaphor that arose in my mind, when I thought of how exhausted we can become in our repetitive habits of thought and counter productive behaviors. There are so many distractions in life that often knock me off my game, but today I remembered...if I can just stay aware of when I go to step in that barrel, I'll be on way for good. Love you both!! With deep appreciation, thank you! ❤

I Can say I have the personality of my dreams. Real authentic and genuine. I feel so grateful to know who I am and know how to be the real me because it allows me to attract my soul tribe. Romantically and friendship wise. I sometimes get flashbacks from when I had felt lonely in my past ( with friendships) but I remember that is not my reality anymore. I love being able to be myself and talk about anything and laugh and be present. Without worrying about how I’m sounding how I’m being perceived nothing. Guys just know this is 100% possible for you as well. Follow with intention and the practices that Joe has put for you or whatever resonates with you. But I’m truly thankful to have understood this and shaped my life in this way.

25:00 I have had a few of these lightning-bolt snap, mind changes in directory explosion moments. My most predominant was 20 years ago when I made the spur of the moment decision to give up cigarettes - and I used to love smoking, I enjoyed them alot. I remember as clear as day where I was, and it was eight thirty in the morning when I made the choice. I also remember at 14, 2 years into smoking, saying: "I will only smoke till I am in my 20s and give up." That unknowingly then was all I had to say and forget about it, which is exactly what happened. My other moments are far bigger, but they are stories for another day 😊

I finally get it. Dr Despenza broke it down so well. What I get from his segment was, if I wanna be abundant, I gotta start thinking abundantly by watching people that are abundant and how they move. The way he used someone losing weight really put it together for me if I want to have wholeness I need to practice wholeness it doesn’t mean that I am not gonna face challenges because I am going to face challenges. That is because my body and my mind is used to thinking an old way. I need to catch that thought process and say change. Each and every time I catch myself slipping. And make it a memorable decision or event in my mind.
This information is so valuable!! I’m so excited. I know it will happen. And I’m excited for me to become whole. ❤

Next time you talk to Dr Joe, could you please ask him about heart transplant recipients? Do they have to do a ceremony to adopt their new heart? If the heart has memories and intelligence, won't it have the memories of the donor? My friend's brother, is a double lung transplant recipient, 5 years in for this super star, but the donor was diabetic and my friend's brother became diabetic after he received these lungs, had to take insulin in the beginning, but now 5 years later he controls it through diet. So just wondering, as the heart is key to this work, how would it work for a heart transplant recipient.

Biggest take away from Joe is the profoundness of the decision to change.
I realized recently that wanting to change and realising that you must change are 2 different impetus for change. So what he said hit home .

I still don’t get it. Imagination? Visualization? Fake it until you make it? If you fully believe a new reality on the inside, that alone isn’t going to change anything, Thanks to Mel who talks about the bridge and visualizing the hard things, too. But still, how is training your mind alone to PERFECTION, going to make physical things magically appear? How is this going to make someone rich or find their dream job, dream love, or fix their broken leg? Thanks!
Thanks Lewis, for all of your videos, though. Still learning.

Thank you for this new great video and the inspiring insights. And I’m glad you said at the end: everyone has their own way of manifesting or creating abundance. I’m a human design practitioner and on the core is the believe that we are all unique and therefore also have different ways of thinking, feeling and creating reality. So that’s something really important to take into consideration for everyone to experiment with their different approaches

Cool video. My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life as anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

I have been in such a situation. My relationship ended about two years ago, but I could not let her go, so I had to do all I could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual adviser who helped me bring her back, now we are back together, and I must say I am enjoying every moment...

    Hi Lewis!
I really enjoyed this interview. It was fascinating to see how Dr. Dispenza and Rhonda Byrne’s ideas align in terms of focusing on positive visualization and the power of the mind.
However, I noticed a contrast with Mel Robbins’ approach of visualizing hardships and obstacles (the bridge) on the path to achieving desires. While her perspective is intriguing, I’m curious about how you see her ideas complementing or fitting within the framework of Dispenza and Byrne’s teachings. Was there a specific connection you were hoping to highlight in bringing these three perspectives together?
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
