Thanks for this video. I’m putting my S1 together, my first printer, and ran into this bed wobble. I ended up pulling the wrench towards me to have the rollers tighten things up.
Thank you for the video! It helped me troubleshoot and adjust the track on my sons' printer. Not mentioned in the video is that the hex bushing holding the wheel bearings is eccentric to the mounting screw. This allows side to side adjustment of those two wheels by rotating the hex bushing. I've seen this adjustment feature in a lot of hardware over the years. Have a great day!
this is clearest video so far about woblling bed adjustment. I have an additional question: I have ender 3 s1 and it should have auto bed leveling. I have done that but while I print, I don't see Z axis moving at all the same layer... so the auto bed levelling seems didn't kick in. Have you experienced that?
It’s possible the bed is very level on your S1. I made a video about using a dial indicator to measure your bed. Might be a good option. Do the prints have a good first layer?
I am so thankful for this video. I’ve been having so many problems with my under three that I put it away a year ago because I couldn’t figure out what was wrong and just had to quit for a while. The wobble is now gone, and we will see if I can get some good Prints
Well… I’ve take almost every piece apart and tightened and put together perfectly and all looks good BUT THEN… I noticed my bed is warped (not the glass but the metal). Ugh. Not sure what to do.
@@pdxcontent that looks like quite a bit of warpage. I would send this video to Creality. They have been good for small parts in the past. Not sure they will help but worth a try. Before buying a new plate I would take that one off and try to straighten it. Nothing to lose………..
Thanks so much! Happy new year. I talked with them just now (surprisingly) and it’s out of warranty period. I shouldn’t have put it away for the last year. Now to see how much a new bed is.
If it is not turning then it probably has a worn out bearing. There is only one eccentric nut on each side. The others are just regular nuts and bolts. Hope this helps
Will be showing my husband this video. He is currently trying to level the bed but one of the wheels underneath is not tightening. Any suggestions for that?
It doesn’t turn round and round to tighten. It works on a cam, so small amount of degrees tightens it up. Probably you only need to turn the nut half way or so.
Thanks the back roller on my unit was very loose out of the box. I appreciate your clear and concise instructions.
Glad it helped!
Thank you for this short, simple and informative video. I used this to tighten my bed, z-axis arm and extruder.
Excellent!
Thanks for posting. Was unboxing and the instructions didn't clarify what those bolts did so this helped.
Good value printers but the literature could sure use some work.
I never imagined it would be this easy to fix the plate wobble on my Neo. Thank you!
Glad to help

Thank you for the videos. I was having printing problems with a new printer and they helped solve my issues.
Glad you got it working. Happy printing!!

Good stuff Eric!
Thank you! I tired fixing my wobbly bed and did not notice these adjustment knobs!
Happy Printing!!
Exactly what I needed.
It’s too bad they don’t come adjusted properly but at least you know now
Thank you so much!
Keep checking on it from time to time to keep printing reliably.
Thanks! I also had to pull the heated bed off and tighten all four axel nuts for the carriage, now has zero wobble!
Always something to tinker with……
Thank you 🎉
You’re welcome 😊

Hello friend, I'm from Brazil and I would like to know if this same procedure works when one of the pulleys of the eccentric nut is locked?
If it is not turning then it probably has a worn out bearing. There is only one eccentric nut on each side. The others are just regular nuts and bolts. Hope this helps

It may have been loosened too far……. Just make sure he is turning it in the right direction
I'm lost... it doesn't seem to matter which way I turn it... it just seems to keep loosening. What am I doing wrong?!?!?
It doesn’t turn round and round to tighten. It works on a cam, so small amount of degrees tightens it up. Probably you only need to turn the nut half way or so.
