@@RocketSwimming I floated Finally! The chin up & back really made a difference. Now working on my treading water effortlessly in the deep in. Thank you guys!!
Don't worry if your legs sink after a few minutes - it's totally normal, especially when you're just starting out. Remember to focus on keeping your body flat and horizontal in the water, with a gentle kick to help keep your legs up. It might take some practice, but you'll get there! Keep at it, and don't hesitate to ask if you need any tips or advice. You're doing great! 💪🏊♂️😊

This guy is a very good instrructor. If you're able to find someone of his caliber you're lucky. 90% of the swim instructors out there at YMCA's, swim schools, JCC's health clubs and pretty much everywhere are staffed by disinterested teens who - unbelievably - aren't very good swimmers themselves
Yep, I’m currently learning show to swim and instead of telling me how to fix my technique or giving me exercises to improve myself all they assume is I don’t have interest on learning and that I’m just trying to get the drills they do just to get them out of the way. Like I try to practice every day so I get better because for me learning to swim is hard.
