One of the best tips I ever heard was from a Speedo coach who commented "Suck in your gut like you are trying to put your belly button on your spine", which is pretty much posture 101. You don't want rigid abs, but you do want spring steel abs. If your gut is hanging at all low, and not properly engaged, it really prohibits you from properly engaging body rotation, getting full extension, getting full/max power per stroke.
Probably second most common problem, is like you said, head position. Should be identical to what you use on land if you are standing up straight. The old action/reaction thing. Head comes up at all, legs go down. I was going to comment on your self analysis clip that your head was a bit high. 45 degrees is too high as far as I am concerned. Especially for pool swimming, head down, and if you need to look ahead, then look with your eyes, not by raising your head, if that makes sense. Some thing I learned in my days as a gymnast.
Not sure about the blowing bubbles. My lung capacity is some where between 'at least double normal' to 'totally off the charts'. No problems keeping the feet up, especially since I learned to properly engage my core and keep my head down.

😊 Really brought a smile on my face, because I was struggling for tip for this problem, even my trainer was not able to sort out. She was saying just to loose your body.

Thanks. Great Tips. I am having trouble breathing bilaterally. Works fine when I breathe on the right side but can’t time or manage to move my head to to the left to breathe.
