No bro You need to take notes about new words new idioms and collocations And absolutly u need to practise it,if u dont u will just waste ur time I hope for your improvement🎉❤

If you're not sure you'll be able to understand the doctor and explain what you need, it's probably best to ask for an interpreter. This will be more helpful to you in the long run than trying to do it yourself. It might even make things more complicated for you.

However, interpreters might not be available right away, and in situations where every minute counts, it’s important to understand and be able to reply to a certain degree-at least about your allergies, procedures you’ve had done, and where your pain is located 😉. Hence the video. But to each their own 😁
