I got allergic contact dermatitis from using a hair product. It affected my scalp. I stopped using it and then it still spread to the rest of my body. My doctors gave me antibiotics and steroid creams. Nothing worked permanently. This lasted for SIX MONTHS. I read a book that it had to do with gut health and vitamin D deficiency. I got sunlight, ate salmon, took vitamin D supplements, I cut out sugars and added prebiotic fiber and I felt a difference in two weeks. In another two weeks, my skin healed and the itching stopped. This experience inspired me to start my own channel talking about this stuff. If you are suffering, there's a cure!

@@kobethegoat7340I’ve use them but it still didn’t heal 😔
5 weeks ago I got an irritation on my cheeks caused by a moisturizer. I made things worse by plucking hairs on my cheeks which made the irritation and redness worse. It reduced a bit thanks to steroid cremes but it’s still there 😔 Will it be like this now forever ?

Change your bar soap to a natural option, change your body wash to a natural product, change your laundry detergent to a natural product, use white vinegar or baking soda in place of dryer sheets. No Parabens!
