Yes, just make sure Extra FX is off.
I get 140+ fps on these settings

I'm running a 1660ti my current max setting max fps is about 80-24 depending so I thibk you'll be fine just remove motion blur, used amd fx to reduce the actual game fidelity so run either 67% or 77% and just run 1k shadows
