- I spent the month of June on a strict workout routine (below) that I used to improve my IPPT (Individual Physical Proficiency Test) score. Recording this video really reminded me that you can achieve anything as long as you put in the work. I hope that is something that you guys can make of this video as well. Though routines and scheduling may seem tough sometimes, the final reward is always worth it.

WORK OUT PLAN:
Day 1:
- maximum pushups in 60 sec
- 200x pushups
- 5km run
Day 2:
- 5x 35 reps sit-ups
- 6x 400m splits
Day 3:
- rest day - กีฬา
