    I'm looking to buy new running shoes other than SAF shoes but not sure whether to get Brooks Running Shoes or Nike. Any you recommend?

      Im wearing the saucony endorphin (old version) cant buy this in Sg.
      Brooks or nike is fine. Go for a light weight but quite cushioned shoe, will be the most value for money.

    Hi Aaroiseverything, I managed to run a 10:07 2.4km from your plan! Just something to clarify, for interval training during rest periods, do I stop running or do slow jogs during the rest periods? Also, for the Sunday long easy runs, do I run in Zone 2 heart rate (currently using a Garmin forerunner)? I'm currently doing my long runs at roughly 5min/km, running any slower feels too slow, they roughly fall within Zone 4 - 5 heart rate though, do I run slower? Thank you!

    • @aaroiseverything
      @aaroiseverything  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yay nice!!! Now u can try the 9min workouts😂 for the rest between intervals, u can do whatever you want, jogging supposed to be active recovery and adds more distance too.
      For long runs, if thats the only easy run for the week, then its ok to push a little cos youll have enough rest until the next workout. For someone aiming to do 80-100km or more, it has to be zone 2 HR otherwise it's extremely hard to run 5-7x a week. This is what im currently doing, im trying to keep my easy runs in zone 2 so i can run a lot more
