Thanks for the helpful tips! Didn’t know the machine recorded the height on your first rep, and if you go any lower it will record that as the new height.
These IPPT hacks is what gives you further boost or advantage if you are really struggling with the machine. Training or form should still be to the best of your ability so that you train the right muscle group and give no chance to NO COUNTS. Jys and atb for IPPT!
So as long as you hit the 20 push up and 20 sit up mark for both the push up and sit up station you'll get the max 25 pt for each of them respectively? Or do you have to do more than 20 if 20 is the minimum?
Btw, no the machine doesn’t record a new low. The most important step is your form up before coming on the machine, not setting up properly will result the machine not calibrating properly hence the no counts. Find good machines? It’s a myth, every machine is the same. The difference is whether the machine needed recalibration or not, but if you have good form it will not affect you probably just need to go a little lower that’s all. I worked with the ELISS system for 5 years and still counting 👍🏼
Hi can u explain your work out regine for yourself personally? Can u also explain what is 10s up and down (60s)? Is that 6 sets of 1 push up taking 10 seconds?
Hi! What I meant by 10s up and down is that you decline/elevate yourself as slowly as possible when you’re going down or up and do it for a total of 60s. So down (10s), up (10s) and so on until you reach 60s. That helped strengthen my upper body muscles. Honestly any push up workouts in general would help you greatly as long as you do it consistently every night before lights out!
For self training? If you want to get a good timing you should run as frequently as possible to get your body used to it. I would say at least 3 times a week.

Very important thing too when doing sit ups is to ensure that your shoulder blades touches the floor when doing sit ups!

You need to be able to do the max reps of 60 push ups (25 points) and 60 sit ups (25 points) to get a max score of 50 points.
@@chionglun Yea I just searched it up but Thanks. Hopefully others would be able to see your reply haha
Thxs I could not find how much time they give u for push up & sit ups
2 minutes, such easy game. used to be 1 minute only when the new system came out
Finally can get that $300!
How long do rest when u do the 2 types of intervals u mentioned and how much rest do u recommend between each set?
Hi just want to clarify which 2 intervals are you referring to and which 2 sets?

bro how many times to run per week for 2.4?

Yup ... Alternate-day running would be sufficient as it tones and gives the body time to recuperate.
I can’t do sit up!!!
Body too low oso no count the machine wants your body to be fully straighten like doing plank arms 90 degrees as you push down
