As per their notice on December 4, 2023:
"Next phase of construction continues at the OAK-VGH station
December 4, 2023
The Broadway Subway Project Corporation (BSPC) is in your neighbourhood building the future OAK-VGH Station.
With the arrival of both tunnel boring machines (TBMs), crews will continue working on the construction of the underground station concrete columns, walls and floors. Key construction activities include rebar installation, crane movement, delivery of materials and equipment, and regular concrete pours, which will continue through 2024.
Tunnel boring activities will continue as the TBMs advance towards the future South Granville Station this fall.
Timing
• Regular work hours are from Monday to Saturday from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. There may be occasional work on Sunday and holidays.
• Intermittent overnight work from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. We will continue to provide updates as work progresses.
What to expect
• Elevated noise.
• Temporary traffic changes and increased trucking activity related to the delivery of materials.
• Crane activity.
• Overnight for the safety of the crew.
• Tunnel boring activities, including conveyor belt movement, continue 24/7.
Mitigation measures include, but are not limited to, installing white noise back-up signals on equipment, installing noise barriers around sources of noise, conducting the noisiest activities during the day, directing lights away from residential buildings, and monitoring activities to adapt mitigations as needed to minimize impacts on our neighbours.

The Broadway Subway Project Corporation (BSPC) is in your neighbourhood building the future Oak-VGH Station. Work on July 18 involves the first major concrete pour for the station foundation. Approximately 110 trucks will pour more than 1,000 cubic meters of concrete during the day, with additional pours over the coming months.
Timing
For each major pour, set up on site will begin around 5:00 a.m., with the first concrete trucks arriving at 6 a.m. The concrete pour is scheduled until 10 p.m. with low noise work continuing overnight to finish related activities."

If they work overtime or nights, they should be able to make up for that strike back in 2022.
