I want to share something with you all!!! So yesterday I came out as ftm for the first time to my best friend and it went kind of well and he is trying his best to call me Mark now and use he/him pronouns. So after coming out to him It gave me the courage to come out to another close friend who happens to be trans and has been out for 3 years. He was so supportive and was giving me a bunch of tips and advice and he even asked if I wanted a binder because he has like 5 and were kinda the same size. Im honestly so happy right now and it feels good to be out to at least 2 people after years of being in the closet. I just wanted to say thank you to Sam and this community as whole for being so supportive and loving during there past few years. Even though I am far from completing my transition, I just want to say thank you to everyone who has been so kind to me and has encouraged me to keep going, in hopes that some day I can be myself. I want to share something with you all!!! So yesterday I came out as ftm for the first time to my best friend and it went kind of well and he is trying his best to call me Mark now and use he/him pronouns. So after coming out to him It gave me the courage to come out to another close friend who happens to be trans and has been out for 3 years. He was so supportive and was giving me a bunch of tips and advice and he even asked if I wanted a binder because he has like 5 and were kinda the same size. Im honestly so happy right now and it feels good to be out to at least 2 people after years of being in the closet. I just wanted to say thank you to Sam and this community as whole for being so supportive and loving during there past few years. Even though I am far from completing my transition, I just want to say thank you to everyone who has been so kind to me and has encouraged me to keep going, in hopes that some day I can be myself. Thank you all, I really cant express how greatful I am.❤

Now my dad is also kinda transphobic he believes there are only 2 genders and that it's ok for you to change your gender but your still a male/female, I disagree but I respect him because he still says that trans people should be allowed to go into the bathrooms they see fit. He also respects pronous, if you identify as male, he will call you he/him/sir and call you by your new name, if you identity as female he will call you she/her/ma'am and your new name.
Anyway him and me team up against my mom and he's like "Trans people have the same rights as we do, and putting on a wig isn't how being trans works, that's a drag queen, don't call them he-she's its offensive." and i went into a full rant about trans rights and how being trans works-also bringing up the fact that WOMENS RESTROOMS HAVE STALLS- now im not trans, but I am in lgbt and have friends that are trans. Thanks sorry for the long rant, the end.
