Great video! Just a little tip: instead of going to eevee to change the alpha mode, you can go into the material properties tab and then scroll down to "viewport display" where you can change the alpha mode.

College won't teach you a Sht. .. You could literally start your own if you want to. I was always tempted to get in to 3D modeling & animation but a wrong institution & wrong time in my life put me bad taste in my mouth for 3D by getting intimidated & I literally quit the idea to open any 3d software anymore. But fortunately I had the courage to start it over like 3 months ago & I could tell you I could understand everything he's saying which was impossible for me to do 3 months ago & not only that, I could probably execute all those commands to make this same animation, I just have to work very hard to get to this level & probably it'd take me 200(+-) hours where for him it took 42 hours which is very cool & says he's advance level of knowledge.
