    What are your computer specs?? I want to 3d model, but im not sure if my pc will even get close to handling that type of work..
    I have an Rx PowerColor 6650 Xt gfx card, and Ryzen 5600x processor. I will forsure end up upgrading in the future just dont have the funds to do so atm.

    • @LenzGraphics
      @LenzGraphics  ปีที่แล้ว

      Your specs are perfectly fine for starting blender. Especially blender runs great on a weaker system. I started with a far worse computer than you. Obviously, if you want to render bigger scenes better hardware will make the whole process faster, but for the first few months you’ll be doing basic stuff anyway. So just try it! Blender is completely free

    1:07 you do rip off other people's art when using AI. Ai can't just pull art from thin air, so it uses existing ones aka the work of artists. And you have to pay to use most of these AI generators, so yeah they're making money off millions of artists' work in seconds without the artists profiting. Basically art theft.

    • @LenzGraphics
      @LenzGraphics  ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s not copying art, it’s generating original stuff from looking at millions of images. A human artist does the exact same thing. A human can’t pull art from thin air either!
      The algorithm has to run on a machine. If it doesn’t run locally you have to pay someone to run it.
      When generating AI art you are not the artist, the algorithm is.

    • @romeISdead
      @romeISdead ปีที่แล้ว

      @@LenzGraphics right but artist give credit to the references they use, AI don't. There's no way around this. AI could provide jobs and save time, but it's taking the jobs of people its steel from and getting paid. Some mfs is making bank of the work of Photographers and digital artist. You can even request to have an artist art style. Have you not been seeing the stuff going around on the internet? AI is making art identical to artist art styles, artist take years to develop and art style. Year's of learning the basics and then year's of experimenting. You can't deny the fact that artist are getting exploited. Artist needs rights, and no ones coming to our defence. But it's cool, I just hope y'all keep the same energy when AI learn to model, render, and animate. :)

  • @CritelliArt

    Nice work. I don’t agree that midjourney is a great way to avoid accidentally copying someone since the whole model is trained on other artists and there are ethical questions still about how that’s done. Can’t argue with the results though.

  • @captureinsidethesound
    @captureinsidethesound ปีที่แล้ว +4

    Once again, great work! The fact you dressed up and did a 3D scan of yourself is dedication you rarely see on TH-cam. Have you tried composting in LOG or RAW camera footage?

    • @LenzGraphics
      @LenzGraphics  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you mate! I have tried some compositng before, but it never worked. I guess i'm just bad at it, or at least I need to spend some time properly learning it.

    • @captureinsidethesound
      @captureinsidethesound ปีที่แล้ว

      @Lenz Graphics , the hardest part is getting the models to match the lighting of the video in which working with LOG or RAW video really helps. Also, I'm referring to your own video footage in which taking a HDRI of the scene and making sure your color space in Blender is Filmic will really help blend things in.

      I selected all of the faces pressed I to inset and then I again to inset the faces individually. Then I pressed alt+D and selected extrude along normals.
