If it's VO work, Patrick Seitz would be a great choice for Gannon. I think his voice would be perfect for Gannon.
Lindsay Seidel as Link. Since Link is portrayed as girly, Seidel is able to do feminine male voices as well.
Either Zendaya or Tara Strong for Zelda. I feel that Zendaya could fit the role very well (she's an amazingly talented actress), but Tara Strong is incredibly talented and has 100+ VA roles.
Christine Marie Cabanos could play Navi, as her voice suits the annoying tone that Navi has.
Danny Devito as King Rhoam Bosphoramus Hyrule (The Old Man). I could just see it so well. I feel he would absolutely ace his role.

Ive watched this 5 times and still just laugh until I cry.
So this is how Flashgitz cartoons are written.
At the beginning Link is eating Zelda in the bathroom. Zelda kicks him onto the sink breaking it of how good Link's tongue is.
Later at the end of the final battle: Link goes the bathroom to wash himself, Navi sees the sink, and says ending the movie "you're going to need a plumber for that."
*Queue avengers theme*
Plot twist: Nintendo wants to give in to fan demand and make a Zelda movie, but wasn't keen on putting down thr money, so they developed another IP they own into a movie to test for demand for a movie adaptation.
