How to make a Dash in MINECRAFT(BEDROCK)

Today I will show you how to make a quick dash inside of Minecraft using command blocks.

i made a system that did that and gave you a bounty so when another player kills you they get 250 then how much your bounty was and a killstreak.

What does “type=item” mean?

it means the entity it is detecting will be an item. (Something that can go in the player inventory)

how exactly are you "useing" that item to activate it, mine only works when I drop an item and it works with any item, its also destroying the item

you can remove it from destroying by removing top block and add a ,name=thenameyouwant to the item you want that goes after the type=

The execute command was recently changed to more closely match Java Edition.
Instead of /execute @e[type=item] ~~~ effect @p levitation 1 1
You would do /execute as @e[type=item] at @s run effect @p levitation 1 1
