how to make mob move slow down

I have a problem. Whenever i Put on Always Active for the 1st Repeating Command block. as soon as a click off it starts spamming in the chat "Added 1 to Timer for (Number) Entities. how do i fix that

does yourname mean your username or just keep it as yourname

also fun fact: /scoreboard players test @a Timer 1 --->100000<--- is something you can remove

Unfortunately, this only works if entity drops are on but i nedd the entity drops to be off for my server. Clever solution tho, executing the command at the bedrock dropped by any mob/player and checking if there are any players within a radius of 50
