I own the exact same heater. It’s a diesel heater so you don’t need a carbon monoxide detector also, why did you cut the wires extend the controller. It has a remote that works awesome and it also Bluetooth to your phone so you can control everything from your phone and the remote. I set mine on the back of the toolbox, and just feed the vent and the sliding back glass window.
I wish I would have seen this a month ago. I could made this 10x easier and cleaner for you. I have mine in a carry tote. I put quick connects and alligator clips so I connect to the battery on my trailer or my truck. Takes less than five minutes to set it up at night like I said I use my phone to turn it off and on or the remote that comes with it off and on very simple you just have to program the remote to the unit.
With a diesel heater, it only cost about one dollar per night they keep you pretty toasty in your truck. When you’re up to places were zero or negative it’s awesome you don’t have to wait 30 minutes for your truck to warm up in the mornings when you leave to get dressed..
That’s a great setup I think I might steal it for elk hunting in the future thank you for posting everything it made it easy to find. Excited to potentially try that in the future!
I've used this exact heater didn't have great results for longevity, only 1 week before the pump failed I returned it and got the vevor brand half the price and been great and more compact
I tried a vevor diesel heater, worked few nights then it would throw codes and not work , gave a weird smell ended up throwing it away. Got a small ceramic heater & predator 2000 generator from harbor freight , works a lot better . Runs my tv and Xbox at the same time too .
Running NON-CDL you do not want the extra weight when crossing a scale. He has been over the Max weight of that deck a few times already, for one that last Ford with the plow on it. I think that is why his bearing are leaking, I put 86K on our trailer without bearings issues. Tires yes, the ten ply they come with are not very long lasting. Our deck Weight can hold 10600lbs only once did we have 10k on a loader, but we made sure we balance the loads. They can put you out of service for too much weight on you drive axle.
You should be carrying a 5-gallon yellow Diesel can with you. You are going to start getting less milage as the temps drop, and I have had to pour in the extra fuel in -12 degrees in the Dakotas to make it to the next Fuel station. That will also let you fuel the heater very easy if needed. I do not like the exhaust pipe just out there like it is. You need to mount that thing in place some how. I see that exhaust pipe cutting my leg while getting thins from the tool box. Will it fit the long way up under the box wall?

Should point that exhaust down so it doesn’t fill up with water
Whats the likelyhood of the diesel exhaust getting sucked into the fresh air? Like that you got a co detector.
That’s what I was thinking with the exhaust going into the bed of the truck and the air intake in the bed of the truck.
Extremely likely honestly
Nope
I just use good wool blankets, no need for a heater, at least for me. To each their own
lol not in the Midwest in the winter -40 degrees
Midwest is my lane, im a CDL hotshotter myself!

Oh no that’s not good . I’ve had mine about two weeks so far so good
@ChantsDailyHustle it's hit or miss, but for the price I can't and prompt return, shipping was even reimbursed
Take a look at the MR BUDDY HEATER, they are used a lot by rvers and yes they are safe and can be used indoors.
Mr heater leave’s condensation
Heater is sweet. How about an electric blanket? Would the jackery run one of those too?
I have an electric 12v heated blanket I run on my bluetti no problem
