    I have had tinnitus for about a year now and nothing I tried has worked but recently I changed my diet. I’m eating more fruits and vegetables and I noticed a substantial decrease in the ringing in my ears. I also, noticed the inflammation in my body has decreased and I’m bending my knees with ease. I’m sixty five years old and I thought it was over for me, now I have hope of getting rid of my tinnitus for good! PS I have changed my diet for only two weeks when I noticed the difference

      Just don't worry mate. Trust me. Mine started when I was 18, I'm now 37. In that entire period I got used to it and totally forgot about it. A couple of years ago (during COVID) it got worse, but again, after about 7-8 months I got used to It and your brain adjusts. A few weeks ago it got worse again, it's really annoying me at the moment and I'm going back onto sertraline to help me overcome it. Sertraline helps me become less obsessed with it and makes me less bothered and in time i know I'll get used to It again.

      I have read and heard in the metaphysical circles tinnitus is the downloading of information into our higher consciousness. It is known to affect mostly sensitive and highly aware people. So I do not look at it as a disease but as a gift because I feel my Consciousness expanding day by day day by day while others live in the monotony of their lower Minds. LOL

    I've read the negative reactions to this video. All I ask of them is to try listening to Tempest Sound Therapy for three or four nights in a row. I did and I do believe my awareness of my tinnitus has decreased significantly. It hasn't gone away. I'm just less conscious of it. By the way, I suggest setting the volume relatively low. Its difficult to take all night long if you don't.

    I keep reading that listening to sounds through ear buds or hearing aids to fall asleep can damage hearing and make tinnitus worse. Is there any truth to this?

    • @treblehealth
      @treblehealth  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Using earbuds or hearing aids at excessively high volumes can pose a risk to your hearing. It's crucial to employ them at moderate levels to avoid exacerbating tinnitus or causing hearing damage. The same principle holds true for headphones - you have control over their safety. Keep them at a soft but audible level to ensure their safety.
