had severe tinnitus since I was 9 shooting high powered rifles in the 70s at the range no protection when we used to hang em in our trucks back window. over 50 years now Ive had to not let it control me or drive me insane. I guess ive had my whole life to learn to live with it. i love the masking sounds but when I turn it off my tinnitus comes back as strong as ever. sometimes it's very depressing knowing I'll NEVER know anything but every high pitched tone ...all of them ...billions at full volume. At 60 now im getting the occasional bicycle bell ring ring to go with the cacophony of every high pitched tone imaginable blastng in my head. I can still hear people talk and musuc and tv but it never stops.its always on top of everything. people just don't understand.

I have had tinnitus since Covid and I have listened to a ton of these noise cancellations and I have to be honest, this is the first time I have had relief after turning off. So ya, pretty awesome. Thank you
Thank you for sharing your experience! We're delighted to hear that our sound therapy provided you with relief from your tinnitus, especially after trying various noise cancellations. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we're grateful to have been able to make a positive difference for you.
We're delighted to hear that this sound therapy is one of your favorites! Thank you for sharing your positive experience, and we're glad to have been able to provide you with relief.
The last year, I've had Shimmer on my bedroom tv every single night - until now. Thank you for my new night time sanity relief. You and Dale are absolute saviours. Thank you !!!
Thank you so much for your kind words and for being a part of our community! We're thrilled to hear that our videos, along with Dale's contributions, have provided you with much-needed relief for your nighttime struggles. It's heartening to know that we've been able to make a positive difference in your life.
Everyone’s tinnitus is different. I do better with water noises than this one. The crickets annoy my high pitched tinnitus. But I love the fire cracking.
We're glad to hear that our sound therapy is helping with your tinnitus! It's wonderful when the sounds align to bring you relief. Thank you for your kind words, and we're happy to know that you find the video relaxing to watch as well. Wishing you continued relaxation and comfort!
Got it 2 weeks after 1st covid shot. Left side is louder. Mid afternoon gets louder. Hissing off an on both sides. Not the same person since covid. Sypathetic to all.
I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing changes in your tinnitus after receiving your first COVID-19 vaccine shot. In the meantime, practicing relaxation techniques, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and minimizing exposure to loud noises or stressors may help manage your tinnitus symptoms. It's also beneficial to seek support from healthcare professionals who specialize in tinnitus management, such as an audiologist or an ENT specialist, for personalized guidance and treatment options.
Enjoying this sound very much, thank you. I am currently trialing hearing aids for my tinnitus & hearing loss. I seem to be able to cope a bit better mentally with the tinnitus when wearing the hearing aids even though I can still notice it.
We're so glad to hear you are enjoying this sound therapy. Hearing aids provide relief for many people with tinnitus and we are glad that this is helping you! Please know that we are here for you whenever you need it.
We're so glad to hear that our sound therapy works well for you! Thank you for giving it a try, and we hope it continues to bring you relaxation and comfort.
Very very good My tinnitus just started I have yet to set up call with you yet Ben But i can not tell you how much peace this one brought me. Thank you very very much
We're so glad to hear that our sound therapy brought you peace, especially during this early stage of experiencing tinnitus. Whenever you're ready, we're here to support you further. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and take care!
We understand how frustrating this can be. Unfortunately, hearing loss can impact our enjoyment of music and the perception of tinnitus. If you don't currently have hearing aids, we recommend seeing your local Audiologist for a full audiological evaluation and hearing aid evaluation.
We understand how bothersome commercials can be. It may be more beneficial to download a sound therapy app, like ReSound Tinnitus Relief, and use their sounds during the night as there will not be commercials. You can also look into getting a sound machine, like the Sound Oasis, which has 20 different sounds built into it.
Because nothing in this modern world is free ,even some crickets on a loop. If you really wanted to help people,it should be as free. It’s not like you needed a massive budget to get this one made. oh good! this one is nice and clean... does not seem to be all the background hum as in a lot of other videos i have searched for. just nice clean crickets chirping, and the fire cracking -- nice job!
Thank you so much for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the clean and crisp sounds of the crickets chirping and the crackling fire in our video. We're glad you are finding benefit from this sound. Regardless of the cause, you can habituate to your tinnitus. We are rooting for you and here to help guide you, if needed.
Question for the Dr Ben and anyone else who has experience. Can MRI scans make Tinnitus worse? Would you recommend someone who recently developed tinnitus go for an mri scan? The ent specialist I have been talking to has gave me a date for an mri scan but all my instincs say don't put your head in a spinning magnet. If my tinnitus get 0.1% worse, it's the end for me. I am just holding it together just now. Any advice would be appreciated. I understand an mri scan is part of the process but all my instincs say don't do it. What's people thoughts?
I don't understand what "masking noise" means. It is a pleasant sound but doesn't do anything for or to my tinnitus. Does it require a special gadget or do I have to listen for a long time - overnight ? I have listened to a number of different frequencies, do I have to keep searching for the correct frequency? Again, what is it supposed to do?
Individuals experiencing bothersome tinnitus are advised to incorporate sound therapy into both daytime and nighttime routines. Various devices, such as earphones, speakers, surround sound systems, and hearing aids, can be utilized to deliver the sound. It's essential to adjust the volume to a level where the tinnitus remains audible. The objective of sound therapy isn't to mask the tinnitus but rather to play it at a lower volume, enabling the brain to contrast it with the tinnitus itself, aiding in habituation. You can choose any sound that you find relaxing/soothing, it does not have to correlate with the frequency of your tinnitus. If you'd like to discuss further with one of our Audiologists, you can use this link to schedule a complimentary telehealth consultation: treble.health/consultation
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We apologize for the inconvenience. You can try accessing the quiz through this link instead: treble.health/tinnitus-quiz. We hope it works for you, and please let us know if you have any more trouble.
I have Tinnitus since 2010 and I don’t know what to listen to. I have tried to listen to high frequencies but I can’t hear anything when I do. I have listened to water a hundred of them and that seems to make it worse. I can’t even hear crickets. I don’t know what to look for at this time. Dr. Ben Do you have any ideas for me.
We are so sorry to hear you've been suffering from tinnitus for many years. Have you seen an Audiologist for a hearing test as it sounds like there may be some hearing loss. Keep exploring our sound therapy options. There's also a great app on the phone called ReSound Tinnitus Relief that has more sound therapy options. We would be happy to discuss further with you in a one on one consultation. Schedule a complimentary telehealth consultation: treble.health/consultation
It is very strange I could hear the fire crackling but I couldn't hear the Crickets until I put the phone right by my ear.? Should I turn up the volume.
The frequency of the crickets may be higher than the fire crackling making it difficult to hear. Leave the overall volume at a level that is "soft but audible", below the volume of your tinnitus. You are also welcome to find another sound that may sound better for you!
We recommend following up with your primary care physician and Ear, Nose and Throat doctor to ensure everything is anatomically intact. The most common reason for single sided tinnitus is earwax blocking the canal.
Feel free to explore other sound therapy tracks to find one that suits you better. Everyone's response to sound therapy can vary, so experimenting with different options may help you find a more comfortable and effective solution.
To help reduce the constant drumming or beating sound in your ear 24 hours a day, consider implementing strategies such as managing stress through relaxation techniques like deep breathing and meditation. Additionally, using background sound therapy with white noise or gentle music can help mask the sound and provide relief. Avoiding loud noises, maintaining a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet and regular exercise, and consulting with a specialist such as an audiologist or ENT can further assist in managing tinnitus symptoms and improving overall well-being.

I've heard bits and pieces of this fact. The Government needs to come clean and tell the American people the truth. I'm not crazy by any means I just know I'm being monitored for some reason. Wake up people.
You are being watched right now from the control room. Add up the month and day of your birth, then open a book to page 150. The fourth word on that page, along with your birth number is your code. The next time someone knocks on your door, give them the code. But don't say anything else. This is important.
Jessie you’re not being monitored and all is okay. Unfortunately you just have tinnitus like all of us. Hopefully one day it will leave/ habituate or you’ll learn to cope.

The next time someone knocks on your door, give them the code. But don't say anything else. This is important.
What the hell you guys are talking about?! What's the link to this vid?
You're not crazy, you're being taken advantage of. It's sad to see. Please find help x
@@NotLNorKira Thanks for your kindness. Peace and love to you
Jessie you’re not being monitored and all is okay. Unfortunately you just have tinnitus like all of us. Hopefully one day it will leave/ habituate or you’ll learn to cope.
The speech at the beginning actually made me think this won’t work. The guy made it sound like a con.
