- New battery and more performance? The battery died on the Peg Perego RZR so I bought this adapter from Amazon to get us moving again! The Dewalt 20 volt batteries brought new life to the kids ride!

@gregorybarger5591 the more i can do to get them interested in being outside the better. Thanks for stopping in!
@@k6outdoors A suggestion for outdoor activities tied into thier four wheelers ; Map out a trail and place item of interest along trail (like a treasure or Easter Egg hunt concept) My friends bring thier kids out for deer shed adventure ! Each child is issued simple cheap camera and when they find a shed they take photos of area to use in designing a scrap book to put with the shed(s).
@@gregorybarger5591 love it, definitely going to do that!
Thank you brother!!!

It may sound weird but you should be able to “recharge” a led acid battery. You would need to replace the acid in it.
It would be doable if it wasn't a sealed battery. Thanks for stopping in!
I did this last year, ended up burning out the electric motors from running too much voltage through them.
Rut roh. I wonder if it's from running up hills etc when that happens
Good to know, thanks for stopping in!
Get a step down regulator.
I bought the connector but the blue piece is way bigger and doesn’t fit, any recommendations
@@tajaniquewashington1258 did you get the right adapter? Not all of the units are the same plug
@@k6outdoorsI had no idea there was a difference. I bought the “Upgrade Adapter for Dewalt Battery with Wire Harness Connector for Riding Toys, Power Wheels Battery Adapter for Dewalt 20V Battery with 12 AWG Wire 3 Fuses Wiring Terminal Kit with Terminals Screws” from Amazon, he has a Toyota Tacoma jeep.
I tried something very similar to this the problem you're going to run into is the battery draining way past its recommendation it'll drain the battery too low to be recognized on the charger or at least that's what I ran into
Yep, that's why I made the mention about low voltage shut off protection. Either you need to watch the battery level or add another layer of protection to the battery. Thanks for stopping in
@@k6outdoors I seen that you mentioned it in the video I just wanted to make sure everyone understood with nothing protecting the battery it's a good way to kill batteries 🫡✌️
You can always “jump” the battery if it’s drained too far. Connect the + and - terminals of your dead battery to a charged one. It’ll jump it so the charger will recognize it.

@@ChadsMissingUpperLip I tried that once it would not come back
Hey boss wondering if you had any problems since I was popping fuses in my ram dually I have for my daughter I just rewired it and stuck the shifter in low gear so no high speed no more hopefully this fixes it!!
Hey thanks for stopping in! I unfortunately have not had the fuse blow on ours, sorry I am not much help on this, hopefully you changes fix the issue!
Will you have a problem using a 20V battery in a 12V car?
In the video I talk about that in more detail, thanks for stopping in
@@k6outdoors Sorry, I don't speak English, so I relied mostly on the images. Thanks
