    Hello sir I am just started workout and I am student when I go to college soo I drink one glass Milk and I think today what i take in lunch mom give me roti,sabji but I don't want that sooo plzzzz...give me few health lunch recipe and now here is summer season if I take salads in lunch soo when I go to eat insind the salad one types of smell is come thats why I did not take salads in lunch and I have to 2 break one in 11:00 to 11:15 and 2nd in 01:00 to 01:30 and in 1st break I did not eat anything and in 2nd I eat Snacks soo plzzz give me few recipe that I can taken lunch plzzz and if you don't mind please give me a diet plan and my age is 20, height is 170 cm and weight is 93 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
