    I already consume brown rice and oats as my carbs source but sweet potato isn't available in summers in India

    please make a video for person like me ..who is hypermetabolic and i m 185 cm 6 feet 1 inches and 75 kg...i cant eat loads and can take only 4 5 diets a day ..although i m very much energetic.. and i quite good in my workouts. train around 80 minutes per day 6 days a ..week.
    and yes i m vegetarian and didn't eat eggs also...
    yes next month i have to go on training for 1 year of sub inspector in Indo Tibetan Border police force...its a paramilitary and pretty much like army..
    help me please..i m 24 years old

      Aminos could be a combination of 20 essential and non essential amino.
      Bcca is an essential amino acid consist of 3 aminos:- leucine isoleucine and valine.

      All red color meat contains saturated fat(bad cholesterol) avoid it.
      All white meat(chkn breast) contains lean protein only no fat no carbs
