I have five of them as well as a 22 short only model. I also have an very rare 241 Peerless Grade. It was the 22 Rifle of my youth and thus I have collected many spare parts to keep them in top shape. A fine rifle !
Mr. Browning knew what he was doing when he designed his little 22 semiautos. Good looking 241 & functions well. Soo much fun to shoot. Keep up the good work. Thanks 🙏👍🎯
Definitely fun to shoot, and an easy way to blow through a box of .22!
I have the Norinco copy of the 22A & even though you have to load thru the butt it's amazing how fast you go thru ammo. Plus you learn to not drop that left elbow under it during ejection. 😂
@@srballistics7176Can't remember where I got them but check Quick Fill 22lr Speed Tubes pack of 10. Wasn't much. Just preload, stick in rifle stock or loading tube & pour right in. Works great in holding airgun pellets also. 👍
@@billdye3530 I’ll look into them for sure
Nice rifle, I love mine, but who in the hell sits on their porch and shoots turtles? 😂😂
I have one manufactured in 1942. These were very popular guns in the pre and post ww2 era. Lost a lot of my guns during some family drama 20 years ago (while i was away for a few years working) but i had this one with me, glad i did. Classic rifle that's still a great shooter today.
Very cool old rifle!
hello . good video I have had a 241 for more than 30 years. It is the most accurate rifle I have. I used it a lot for hunting and plinking. One suggestion, when you disassemble and assemble the barrel of the rifle body you should move the bolt back a little so that the extractor is not damaged because when you rotate the barrel to touch with the extractor and may be damaged. greetings from Argentina.
Thank you for the tip for reassembly, I’ll definitely try that next time I take it apart
Curious...will this shoot other .22 caliber rounds (.22 Long, .22 Short) as well, like a lever action will?
Just .22 lr on this particular gun
It's a browning design called SA ,22, it is still available.ECK USMC
